I wish Scott Evans got more credit for his acting. He’s mostly known as Chris Evans’ brother, but he’s really talented and deserves more recognition for his work. He’s good. He’s really good.

Oliver Fish and Kyle Lewis (Kish) from One Life to Live

about the couple that i just reblogged:

they were on the soap opera (on abc) one life to live, one character was introduced in 2008, the next in 2009. they were written off the show without either actor being told in person (i believe they either found out online or during interviews, it was fucked up) in 2010 bc abc said their storyline was 'hurting' ratings instead of helping them. the ratings continued to go downhill afterward anyways, and the show only lasted until 2013.

As utterly soap-y as this is, I still come back to watch it from time to time, especially the last scene in this clip. I can’t believe I was there watching this storyline when it first aired, that makes me feel so old. I mean, it was only 2009, but there is such a big difference between queer representation then and queer representation now that it feels like forever ago. I’m still kind of proud that OLTL completely bombed after they wrote Kyle and Fish out so abruptly.
