The whole series of Angel, I was telling myself “okay I really like Lorne but I’m NOT going to get attached to him” because Angel/BTVS is thee character death show.

So I waited. And I waited. Thinking “ah fuck they’re really gonna kill him this time, there’s no way they’re gonna budget that makeup for 3 more seasons”. But he lived after Pylea. Then he went off to do his singing career stuff and I thought “well at least he got a write-out, he didn’t die” but to my delight, he kept coming back. They had him as “Guest Starring Andy Hallett” in the credits until SEASON 5 when they finally put him in the intro.

End of season 5 rolls around. My boy has had a good run, but I know it’s over for him. They’ve even separated him off from the main group with Lindsey for some reason. Then, of course, he ends up living well past the series.

It's like 32 degrees celsius outside, and it feels really freaking hot. I hate it, and that's the worst. It just always gets me sweating profusely, and it makes me miserable. I don't know how to feel about all of this, but it's apparently going to be like this all week. I can already feel some dread coming in to make me miserable. How can you enjoy summer when there's barely any temperate weather. It's always just heat. Constant heat and humidity and stuff.

PS: I wrote this a while ago, when I was really going through hell with the heat. I'm feeling a little bit better now, although I now also feel like i'm juggling stomach problems instead of as strong of heat problems. But I should be fine. I suppose the keyword there is "should be."
