so the phone that is left in the bathroom - presumably by the stalker, has this song as a ringtone. Queen of Hearts by Juice Newton. the identity of the stalker has two possibilities: the writers are trying to throw us off by making us think its Melissa, or it actually is Melissa.

This seems a little obvious because Shauna and Melissa's make out scene is intertwined with the scene Shauna making the call about the phone and asking for the description of the person who picked it up. the writers were clearly trying to tell us something there. but there are some more clues that make this theory stronger, and could also provide a lot of insight into Melissa as a character, Shauna's role in the wilderness, and their relationship. I think this song is very significant and has some really interesting symbolism.

first of all, the name. Queen of Hearts, the card that chooses the victim for the hunt. there isn't much to say about that connection.

The Joker ain't the only fool

so it seems like the story this song is telling is that The Joker, someone lowly or foolish or naïve, is enchanted with The Queen of Hearts- someone with authority or prowess. this isn't a smart path for The Joker to take, because she's the Queen. She'll break your heart.

these lyrics also tell us the The Joker will do anything for the Queen,

Layin' out another lie

Thinkin' 'bout a life of crime

'Cause that's what I'll have to do

To keep me away from you

including committing crimes. these lines are implying that The Joker will never leave their Queen, they would have to be literally locked up for that to happen.

I think this dynamic will be Shauna and Melissa's dynamic in the coming episodes. in the trailer, there's a brief clip where Melissa tells Shauna "that's what power feels like". she wants Shauna to be their leader- to be the Antler Queen. we already know she's enraptured with her, and this only makes that more clear. Melissa is The Joker. Shauna will inevitably hurt her, which is why Melissa is foolish for seeking her out. she's "playin' with The Queen of Hearts", which, just like their rituals, will only end in death, whether in the teen timeline or adult timeline.

even though we barely have any scenes of them together so far, or much information about Melissa's character, we can make some deductions from what we have already seen. I think Melissa will do anything for Shauna. she stomps on the crown that offended Shauna. Shauna holds a knife to her throat and she's into it. she wants Shauna to have power over her and Shauna wants to have power. as said in interviews with the actors, Shauna and Melissa's relationship is going to be a role-reversal of Shauna and Jackie's. while Jackie had power over Shauna (and didn't really want it), and Shauna felt controlled by Jackie (and didn't want to be); now Shauna is the one in power, and she fully wants to be. Shauna will be the next Antler Queen, and Melissa will help her get there, through whatever means necessary, by her side like the queen's joker.

If it's only for a very short time?

this lyric could also imply the nature of their situationship. they are seeking comfort in each other. in the words of some post I read somewhere, this isn't romance like Tia and Van have, or homoerotic friendship like jackieshauna, this is a secret third evil thing (lol). Melissa is and will be a stand-in for Jackie, and she will keep Shauna from breaking only for a short time.

so some miscellaneous clues about Melissa being the stalker:

most damning: Shauna literally calls Melissa a stalker in the teen timeline. Melissa is apparently really good at following Shauna around.

we see the stalker from behind (though extremely out of focus so take this with a grain of salt) and it appears they have blonde hair.

this is someone with deep knowledge of what went on in the wilderness. I don't think this could just be someone whose done research.

now, HOW could there be an eighth survivor if there is no mention of them in the future timeline? my leading theory is that Melissa faked her death, possibly very soon after the rescue. there's no mention of her because she's been "dead" for twenty five years.

i definitely have more ideas for this theory, but I just wanted to focus on the ringtone for now because it really stuck out to me.

Earthbound/MOTHER 3 Theory: Ness is the Dark Dragon

Hello guys! I wanted to share my first Earthbound theory from my Instagram account @anima_arts11_archive that I made on September 3rd. I hope you guys enjoy!

I believe Ness from Earthbound becomes the dark dragon in MOTHER 3 after the events Earthbound. When Picky tells Ness about Porky’s whereabouts, Ness knew he had to do something about it. Porky was Ness’s problem to deal with and ever since the Giygas fight, he had to finish things off. Porky hinted about using the phase disorder to time travel, which gave Ness the key to defeating him. I believe that in order to defeat Porky at his own game, he used a different form to play along and not disrupt the natural order. Porky would soon catch onto Ness being the God of Nowhere Islands, being the reason why the magypsies received their powers to protect the island. Porky would become obsessed with finally beating Ness once and for all, coming up with a plan to make his own empire and destroy the world that hated him so much. Ness was the island itself and Porky knew there was nothing he could do about it.

Unfortunately for him, Lucas and co would emerge, defeating him and the masked man, restoring the planet anew. After the world is reborn by Lucas pulling the final needle, I headcanon everything going back to normal. All three MOTHER games become one, all the characters except for Hinawa, Claus, Giegue, Maria and George returning. I believe some of the dead would want to stay dead, which Ness would respect. Ness would keep Porky alive as punishment. Ness would return to his human form, becoming friends with Lucas in the meantime. This ties into smash bros brawl, as Ness and Lucas meet each other for the first time in the same universe. I believe this is because Ness made the MOTHER universe into one (all three games merging into one universe). That’s why we see the abandoned zoo from MOTHER 1 for example.

[RSA DECIPHER PROJECT PART I]

So, you guys are absolutely thrilled about the two new announced Dorms on JP Twst website. And I'm here, as the introverted being I am, to break down my theoretical thoughts about these as parts

Here's part I, enjoy 🐅🌊.

Dunasmina.

Of course. What I first notice, is [Dun] and [Asmina].

[Dun] is, from my aspect, probably being inspired by the word [Dune(s)]. Sand, of course. And [Asmin-a (Asmina)], here's an interesting turn.

It can mean two things.

[asmin] in [Jasmine], the Princess most of us loved from the movie Aladdin.

Another cool thing I noticed is the name [Asmina]. As from what I researched, it meant 『Heavenly, divine, and sky-colored』. Guess what's the badge colour theme of the Dorm is?

That's right 🩵.

[Additional Note: [Asmina] also rooted from the word [Asman], which literally means sky.

And [Asmina] can link its relation to Yasmin, Yasmina ([Feminine] meant Jasmine, Gift from God. It represents beauty, grace and purity, symbolizing the fragrance white flower; commonly used in Middle Eastern, North African and European cultures.) and Amina ([Feminine], derived from ['amāna] (meant trustworthy, faithful, honest) or ['Āmina] (safe one, protected). It represents integrity, security, and obedience; highly popularly globally.

Amina is highly significant as Prophet Muhammad's Mother's - Amina bint Wahb.]

My theoretical name meaning for this Dorm is 「Heavenly/Divine Dune(s).」

And next up, we have Marinafinne.

[Marina] is a name that meant 『from the sea or of the sea』, maybe inspired by the word Marine if you feel a bit casually accepting the theory.

While [finn-e (or finne)] is also an interesting case.

[Finn] as the name it was, meant 『Fair, or white, or fair-haired』. The deeper my research goes, and it also related to Fionn Mac Cumhaill (Finn MacCool) - A wise, legendary hunter-warrior often linked to the "Salmon of Knowledge". My theory leans to the meaning of fair.

While [finne], simply meant fish fin in German.]

[Additional Note: [finne] in Norwegian also mean [to find (v)]. Which suits Ariel's curiosity of the human world and her obsession for finding and collecting things related to humanity(?)]

My theoretical name meaning for this Dorm is... It's quite difficult to get a grasp, but I'll go with 「Fair from/of the sea」.

Amanda the Adventurer 3 prediction

Spoilers for Amanda the Adventurer 2!!

My mom and were watching GTLive's Amanda the Adventurer 3 demo, and we noticed this screen.

Now, I've seen other YouTubers like CoryxKenshin and Ryetoast play this already, but I never noticed this screen that Ash screen shotted until earlier in this video. Now, our theory is about the name of whatever they're trying to do. If you can't see the picture, the name is KDOH_REBIRTH. I was reminded of the secret tapes in Amanda 2. In the orwnge tape with Kate and the others, one of the men mention a religion that's conviently glitched out so we can't hear what the name of it is. We do hear that Hameln is trying to bring it back though.

My mother and I's prediction is that KDOH stands for the religion they're trying to bring back. And through not much but general knowledge of religious terms and names/themes from the game, I think the religion is called Kensdale('s) Deciples Of Hameln. And I mean Hameln in regards to the pied Piper they keep mentioning, and that's probably where the company itself got it's name from.

It would be cool if that was right or even close.

This also conforms the current Amanda games take place in 2013. Okay bye

RWBY Volume 9s soundtrack is the best so far

controversial I know

I don't actually listen to music from an iPod btw, no it's far worse I use a btr7.

But to the point, up until now I have said that V3 and v4/5 (in my mind the same volume) have had the best music. With the exception of the absolute classic that v2's boop, caffeine and A Minor Hiccup.

But now V9 is here and the music is different.

Literally in that Casey has taken over but also in that it's adapted to the new setting of the ever after. The setting that like it's soundtrack constantly changes and confuses.

Take why are you still here, listen to the opener and then skip to the last bars and you could think you've skipped songs. And yet like a rush Garcia orchestration the transition is gorgeous.

But there's something off if you watch the show.

OST doesn't add up. Take my favorite of the volume, checkmate (sorry chatterbox) in scene it makes no sense, hits are off beat the chorus is clunky. But that's not the songs fault. The song is perfect.

And yet so is the scene. The chess fight is peak RWBY after V7/8s rather lackluster performance in choreography. A return to big metal shoe or the old days of pre Maya. It flows it has contrast and it shows unique combos. But with checkmate it just doesn't work.

Now let's look at the opposite. The cat fight and Ruby's return. Red like fucking Roses Part 3 literally pushes the scene forward, the 4 colors moving in incredible ways that blend together so well yet contrast during a combo and melt together for the final note.

Thats It, the final note and the action are synched. That's the difference, the balance of music and action.

George Lucas once jokingly told John knoll that it's not the audience won't be looking at the action, they won't be paying attention to the background, they'll be listening to the music.

George was joking but he's got a point, the music, particularly in RWBY with our over the top, wack you over the head with it, metal fights, is driven by musical action.

How an Atsushi VS. Mori Confrontation Could Destroy the Mafia's Unity

Atsushi and Mori's worldviews are diametrically opposed. Mori is a utilitarian who sacrifices individual mafia members for the prosperity of the organisation. Whereas Atsushi is kind of the opposite of utilitarianism. He wouldn't want any individual to suffer for the collective. Why ?

Because Atsushi has been traumatised and victimised by the Headmaster's utilitarianism all his life. The Headmaster abused Atsushi to brand onto him that he's worthless and expendable if he can't help others. And the orphanage kicked him out because of the tiger's destructive potential. Even though they were the ones who caused him to be angry at them and the world.

Then at the start, Atsushi decides to leave the ADA & risk capture by the mafia, because he believes he's a burden to the ADA.

But a part of him is tired of being the martyr for people. That's why he empathises with and rescues others who were considered to be of no use to general, 'good' society - Kyouka, Lucy etc.

In fact Atsushi's journey is also a conflict between utilitarianism ('I'm only worth loving if I help others') vs. individualism (he doesn't want to die. That's why he frequently freaks out and hesitates in battles).

This is why I want a direct confrontation between Atsushi and Mori where they advocate for their respective philosophies. What if Atsushi upsets the Port Mafia's unity by exposing how Mori's extreme collectivism could ruin their lives and loved ones ? Like how Odasaku and the orphans died. Right now the PM respects Mori because he ended the previous boss's unnecessary bloodshed. What would happen if the members started asserting their individual rights ?

But on the other hand, Mori reignited Atsushi's fighting spirit in the struggle against Lucy, by telling him that a logical solution exists for every crisis. Mori's logic could counterbalance Atsushi's illogical side.

I wonder how Atsushi would justify his stance when currently Mori is far more knowledgeable and experienced than him.
