Dr Sawyer where you buried all the childrens, tell me so I say
TWO
"You can't ban me from hunts!" Rina yells.
Her hands were clenched into fist at her sides as she paced the floor. Her tail whipped behind her in agitation. Tsu'tey was crouched on the floor, grabbing his bow before securing his dagger in its sheath. The two hardly spoke a single word to each other after their fight the previous night. Tsu'tey kept Rina in his sight all through the night but that was the extent of it.
"It is final, Rina." Tsu'tey mutters, rising to his full height.
Rina unclenches her fingers as her pacing comes to a stop. She feels the familiar tightness in her chest return as she speaks.
"Who are you to decide that? Over-over what...me breaking a rule based on good judgement."
Tsu'tey tuns around, eyes narrowed, "Good judgment?"
"Yes- "
"Wrong." He turns back around, grabbing his arrows before stepping around Rina-his shoulder brushing hers. "You never have good judgment when it comes to them."
Rina spins around, preparing to defend herself but Tsu'tey continues.
"You are to stay here; take you lessons with Mo'at."
"Lessons?" She echoed, mouth turned down. "So, I could do what? Watch you wed Neytiri, while I tell you the will of Eywa?"
Both Tsu'tey and Rina freeze the moment the words leave her mouth. She pulls at a few strands of her hair before walking out of the alcove.

Can you see the wings unfurling
As the sky begins to catch fire?
Singing a melancholy song
Of days gone by, singing all alone.
Because there can only be one.
There can only be one.
In the red of the dawn,
Amidst a path of withered roses
Can you hear her dulcet voice
Deep in the shadow of a forest once set ablaze?
Singing a melancholy song
Of days gone by, singing all alone.
Because there can only be one.
There can only be one.
In death, she is reborn,
Consumed by the flames of her birth.
The first and last of her kind.
Singing a melancholy song
Of days gone by, singing all alone.
Because there can only be one.
There can only be one.
So when you hear her melancholy song
Of days gone by, singing for you.
Remember there is life again after death,
Even for you, because you too are a Phoenix.
And there can only be one.
There can only be one…
Yet another of those stories I need to finish but decided to touch up the cover art a bit.

What if there's an orphan with no clan/village background staying in the boundaries of another village? Like Konoha or Suna? Would they 'claim' the child? (Lets say they are around 7-13 years old.) And what if theyre a ninja? Would they be sent to the Academy?
If there is an orphan living within village boundaries, odds are that the child will be placed in an orphanage if the village has one. In taking the children into their affiliated facility, I would say that the village was essentially “claiming” them as their citizen. Konoha, for example, has an orphanage on its outskirts that took in kids from different parts of the nation, and, once old enough, these kids were allowed to become ninja if they wanted to. The other nations are overall unknown in how they handle their orphan population, but I think it wouldn’t take too much effort to piece together their treatment of orphaned kids from how the villages might handle other matters.
Now, by the kid being a ninja, I’m assuming that you mean that the child somehow managed to get some kind of shinobi training from either a parent, guardian or teacher before they were left alone? If that were the case, I definitely think the orphan would be scrutinized a bit more closely than just an untrained child—this is because they could very well be threat in some manner, such as possibly being a sleeper agent. Probably the ninja kid would have to be under surveillance or probation for some time before being allowed into the Academy.
