INFPs primary mode is introverted feeling.
That means: We are in our heads a lot.
We have a tendency to overthink. To us every single thought generates 2 more. And we can get almost paralyzed by our thoughts. Creating invisible barriers and being unable to take action.
We have to be careful about this, and push ourselves to take action.
Don’t wait to have all the answers before you make a move. Don’t create un-necessary barriers in your mind. The best way to know if you should do something is sometimes to simply do it, and see how it feels on the way.
When you will try, you will know.
We can stress for hours over a project we have to do, and once we finally start the first step, the rest comes easily, and it’s not as bad as we thought it would be.
Or, we can daydream about another project that seems so perfect, and we try to think forward about all the steps to get there and how it will go. But things rarely go as planned, and you will not know the answers until you try. The only way to find your path is to start walking and see how it feels.

Shut your mind sometimes, and trust the action.
