Before the modern , there was ancient, half-remembered world where human and wolf bled into one another. The gods walked closer then, and SHIM in particular saw that these hybrid children needed more than savagery, they needed a leader.
Into that world a young warrior was born with visions burned into his mind, a map from SHIM that set his feet toward a single, unshakable purpose: to unite the packs and remake the world.
His purpose was pure and iron‑true until the morning he found the omega. The man he discovered in the frost was half dead, branded by ash and blade, a living testament to the pack’s cruelty, and the sight of him cracked the warrior’s certainty in ways no prophecy had prepared him for.
What began as a rescue became a reckoning, and the fragile bond that formed between rescuer and rescued rewove the old rules into something new.
And because I suck at art, the image was created in Canva
In the modern telling their story is no longer a warning whispered by hearthlight but a legend of survival, heartbreak, and eventual joy, a myth that remembers how one wounded soul and one destined leader changed the world of Alpha and Omega forever.
One of my first true chapter fictions started a trilogy for bringing home barbarian. I loved writing it, and I often found myself lost, steep in imagery and storytelling that felt like Mickey and Ian were in my brains typing it out.
This story I have thought about for years and it gives me the same passion and fire as barbarian. It’s gonna be a long ride everybody with lots and twist and turns, I hope you enjoy it..
