Ondeh-Ondeh Baklava.

Ondeh-ondeh is a Malaysian nyonya dessert. It’s a pandan flavored glutinous rice balls filled with semi-melted palm sugar and coated with grated coconut.

Baklava is originally from Middle East. It’s a sweet pastry with layers of phyllo pastry filled with nuts and sweetened like honey or syrup.

Ondeh-Ondeh Baklava is a twist of two combination of deliciousness. It’s a layers of phyllo pastry filled with pandan kaya, palm sugar bits, toasted coconut and brush of palm sugar syrups. It is chewy and amazingly delicious. One bite is never enough.
