I've been getting arfid treatment after putting it off, and it's been pretty great but one struggle I did not expect is im actually getting hunger cues.

i like when a piece of media says that an all-powerful character "sees humans as insects" because that really could mean a lot of things. maybe they view us as insignifigant and will squish us under their boot. maybe theyre actually studying and cataloguing us for their thesis paper. maybe theyre campaigning for human protection because we're an important part of their ecosystem. maybe they see a human and go "ew ew ewwwwww someone get the cup and get that FREAK out of my house." .

Not all of us are overt, there’s a good chance you have talked to and maybe even been friends with a schizophrenic without knowing!

There’s more schizophrenia spectrum disorders than just schizophrenia, such as schizoaffective disorder or schizotypal personality disorder

“Schizo” is considered an offensive term by many schizophrenics and some even consider it a slur against us, if you aren’t schizospec yourself please try to avoid using it (as well as “psycho” for psychosis!)

Similarly, the recently common “quirky” online phrases “delulu”, “schizoposting”, “I’m so delusional” (without actually having a delusion), etc are also very offensive! We aren’t a joke!

Not all of us hallucinate or have delusions. There’s more symptoms than just those 2 and the schizophrenia diagnostic criteria doesn’t even necessarily require either of them to be present

We can sometimes know we’re having a delusion while still experiencing the delusion, it’s called double bookkeeping

We deserve rights and bodily autonomy (that includes to not be forcefully drugged and locked up without our consent!!!)

I really took this challenge and ran with it! I put the entry under the cut not because the writing is long but because I had to take pictures and then translate them back into English. Her name is Valencia Inkwell. She was a pupil teacher and will be a school teacher, and recently moved to the area.

(This character is from a fantasy setting based around 1890 so keep that in mind also.)

Once again, my dear diary, I had a terrible nights sleep last night. I can feel the inside of my skull dissolving into a fine paste. But, with that aside, the leaves on the trees are starting to turn brown in preparation for the cold that slowly approaches. I am surprised that it takes this long for autumn to reach Alalone, but I should not be.

With the end of Fithber fast approaching, The school year comes much quicker. I did promise Mr. Langes that I would be the school teacher for the next year, but the more I reflect on what is to come the more I fear I have made a terrible mistake. The heat is still by far my bane, and this will be my first year.

I have never taught a classroom on my own before. I have no friends in this area, nor do I know the childrens parents. If only I could get Leena to teach for me! That is a lie.

I should put out the candle and sleep now. I got some "sleeping syrup" that should help
