i love that cas was like ‘well son, the beauty and ultimate responsibility of being alive is that you have free will to make your own choices and decide which one is the right one’ with a knowing fatherly smile and then on several occasions jack was like ‘i’m gonna use my free will to kill this guy that i hate. i don’t even care if it’s the right choice. it’s the choice where he dies and that’s good enough for me.’ and cas is like ‘well slugger thats not quite what I meant but I guess I can’t judge you too harshly since I betrayed and slaughtered my brethren all those years ago.’
Sometimes, in the Haitch household, @mrhaitch and I play 'Random Bag Check' with the kids, which they think is hilarious.
Mr.Haitch corners them, opens their toy bags, asks them if they have receipts for all this, and then when they don't, and he restrains them (affectionately) and calls the police.
The Police (me) shows up, starts 'beating' them without warning, but when they start fighting back I quickly encourage them to take up a 'weapon' (a piece of Hot Wheels track).
Then when they fight back with a 'weapon', I beat them with my own weapon, while shouting 'You all saw him, he had a knife!'
Then Mr.Haitch pins them down, and asks them:
Mr.Haitch: What's the lesson? Come on, what's the lesson? Do you know the lesson? Law enforcement is inherently corrupt. You only had to pay me money, then I'd have left you alone!
Then I make breakfast and we all laugh.
In case you wonder how we're raising our children.
Love,
-- Haitch xxx
Ren is super excited to visit the library and is immediately met with a random baby on the floor. Never before has a face said absolutely not more than this
The gods' process of having kids
Xelor: Meh. Having one kid is enough. I don't have time for stuff like this.
Sram and Iop: Pfft, we don't even give a shit dawg, WE RUNNING WILD IN THIS BITCH-
Ecaflip: I'm just spamming for fun. After all, having more kids always means having more chances at getting a better one lol
Pandawa: Might've gotten drunk that one time.
Sacrier: You know what? *turns into a guy and gives her kids some blood and pain* Boom, character development.
Feca: I just saw that one random chick in an open field and was like "damn shawty you got a big gyat". Also, I got no idea where the second kid came from. Already disowned him at birth tho so we good.
Cra: Once was enough, I'm too pretty for that shit. I was curious that time, and now I know how it works.
Enutrof: What do you mean having a kid doesn't mean owning their bank account?? I'm out.
Osamodas: I don't even remember what I did lol STOP BOTHERING ME LET ME TAKE CARE OF MY DRAGONS
Eniripsa: I gotta be honest with you, I don't even know why tf my kids look mutated, it ain't my fault I'm into weird shit.
Sadida:
Parenting 101 by Din Djarin.
the media: Mr Wayne!! How has being a single father been so far? Any advice for parents?
Bruce: yes. out of sight, out of mind.
If I have children one day, I'm going to completely ruin the celebrity fantasy media like that Jonathan Bailey thing you just posted and tell them the truth about it which is that it's basically all lies. My parents let me buy the magazines and put the posters on my walls and that's how I knew Justin Timberlake's favorite flavor of potato chips was sour cream and onion and I'm not mad at my parents for letting me be a teenager but when I learned the truth I felt really foolish. So I'm gonna tell the kids the story of 1D and stuff. Hopefully by that time though things like the Daily Mail won't exist anymore.
I spoke to my kids a lot about this as they were growing up. I think especially these days it’s so important to have some media literacy. There are so many lies printed and photos are faked and it’s so easy to get manipulated. Learning to question things is such an important skill, but so many parents raise their kids not to question people in positions of power (parents, teachers, doctors etc).
