hi. this is Foggy. Foggy passed away early on april 14 from parvo complications. working at a shelter (not the one she got parvo from) i was able to provide her with at-home supportive care. it wasn’t enough. she was 8 weeks old. to pay her emergency vet bills i took out a CareCredit loan of just under $1500. we opened a gofundme to help cover this if anyone is able. thank you.

at the time of posting we are only $200 short.

Blargh. Just had to euthanize a parvo pup. Purebred chocolate lab bought off Craigslist. He was soaking through a pee pad with frank blood and huge chunks of sloughed intestinal lining every hour or so. Only other animal I've seen slough that much was a cat and it died that night so we didn't want a repeat with the pup.

Hi, my coworker Natalie had her puppy Nala at our emergency vet for an aggressive case of parvovirus in June that resulted in a week of intensive care and hospitalization. On top of working multiple jobs, having student loans and going to school, having car insurance and a loan to pay, she also has an absent mother, an unexpected living situation change, and shes still trying to take care of her brother that lives with her dad as well. Shes genuinely such a sweet person, she deserves some support. Even with our employee discount on a $10,000 bill, it still came to around $8400, of which about $7900 is left to pay by December 1st or it goes to collections.

She and Nala would definitely appreciate any reblogs and shares on other SM or any small amount you can donate since everything does help.
