Sta ghamoona pa zargee ki garzawooma. Sta deedan para tol jehan ba wagarzama.

Beghyaar da sta wakht na teerizee, zra mi khuzezee rabandi shpa na sabakezee.

Stargi me sri di, makh mi thor sho, naseeb mo khor sho. Chi makh di ranawarawo pa zwani bandi mi woor sho.

Khair da za ka woos qurban shum za ba khwashal wom, Akhpal izaat aw akhpal pashto sara ba laar wom.

I carry your worries in my heart, I'd walk the whole earth to meet you.

Without you time goes past slowly, my heart aches as the night takes forever to turn to day.

My eyes are red, my face has darkened, my fate is ruined. When you turned your face from my body was on fire.

It does matter if I die now I will still be happy, because I'll still have my honour and my pashto when I go.
