I admit my ignorance about Discord servers, but I would really like to join communities discussing the stuff that I love.

At the moment I'm mostly interested in The Expanse (books and TV show), Pathfinder lore (all things Golarion make my soul sing), and Supermassive horror games (Until Dawn, The Quarry, Dark Pictures Anthology).

So the Lost Omens Character Guide for Pathfinder 2e just came out

And one of the new ancestries (races in PF2 lingo) are the leshies - nature spirits inhabiting small humanoid bodies of plants or fungi.

So, yeah. You can play as that. It’s not as tall as the art would have you believe (PC leshies are roughly 3 feet tall, like halflings or gnomes), but man, that’s a hell of a look right there.

There’s a lot of other very good things about this book (the variety of human and nonhuman ethnicities, all with very good artwork! Lizardfolk! Hobgoblins! Cool factions!), but I specifically wanted to draw attention to this absolute queer icon of a weird fungus.

here’s what i entertained myself with yesterday

1st: i realized that Thoon never met Zali in the story....Zali remained as a figurine (carry companion is best spell) for nearly the whole castle run, only being freed at the last battle....and Thoon was also sorta dead before that, and then ran away to avoid dying for a 3rd time in the middle of it. so yeah....but surprised. and yes, even though Margus’ father is a dragon, and he can turn  into a dragon he is not a dragon; his transformation is thanks to a magical item, but his bloodline does help it work better

2nd: this one...sorta crosses the streams....cause it’s a Modern Setting art....but in the fantasy Setting is where Margus has to go pick Reyzah up on his way back home, is....yeah....idk. it was a Draw the OTP prompt that i liked, and it’s always fun to annoy your sibling. (and unfortunately Reyzah could not bring her catapult Oreo home with her, Margus aid no...even after she drew a face on it and claimed it was her animal companion....and yes she made hi try to use the spell on it and it obviously didn’t work)

3rd: again slight stream crossing since i realized that all of Rikk and Ark’s development is in the Modern, and all their kids are the Fantasy....but this is the piece that took up most of the day and i love it; inked and colored with colored pencils like i used to (forgot how fun it was, though zillions of eraser shavings is annoying). inspired a bit from the dinner scene in Shrek 2 (mostly the yelling at everyone and repeating names i guess). but yeah...this could be why Margus never brought any romantic interests home before (or maybe why youshouldn’t open up dialog with “my boyfriend is a shapeshifter”)...then again why is anyone surprised since the last dinner conversation we had with teh family was about banging dragons and if that’s ow he got Zali lol. also, Rikk and Nikk are absent because they’re in Magnimar. aren’t you glad you’re joining this family Thoon? lol

so yup, more Ironbrood shenanigans, cause i lovd my dragon-orc family ^^
