It makes me so mad that the Phee Jin scene is so good. Like why they gotta put on a show like that while being the characters that irritate me the most.

Ok, but could ya all tell me what will we do if Phee really likes Jin now?

If his feelings are real. Regardless of Non being alive or not. Regardless of revenge, masked killers, ghosts, what Jin did and all of these.

What if he wants to make this “fwb” work, but he knows how his kinda same situation with Non ended. Neither him nor Jin is ready to face the fact that it’s not only fwb anymore. Both of them feel guilty because of Non, for different reasons.

Question is: if Phee likes Jin now, is he ready to protect him even if Non or Mr Keng (or both) is the murderer?

I’m sorry to say this, but I think Non is Phee’s past and Jin is his present. Phee wouldn’t prick another guy only for revenge after everything that happened, especially not if Non is alive.

At least, that’s what I think cuz Phee is the only guy who kinda knows what moral is in this show.

Don’t mind me, I just have too many thoughts.

That’s very true about what you said regarding Jin. Perhaps that’s why he’s in denial about Non’s possible death and doesnt want to confront his role whether directly or indirectly in Non’s demise. Jin is going to have face that at some point.

Phee by a different token is probably carrying heavy guilt about his ‘last words? to Non and whether they were the catalyst to his death/disappearance too.

Oh absolutely to both of these.

Going off on a tangent here, but it's fascinating to me how Phee and Jin are foils to each other, shaped by their relationship with Non and romantic feelings for him.

Both try to act as Non's saviour. Both react poorly to the revelation of Non and Keng's sexual encounter, and do something highly harmful and hurtful to Non out of their own misplaced anger and hurt. Both now likely live with the guilt in the present day over what they did to Non. But while Jin is choosing to run away from Thailand to the USA - to flee his past - if Phee is indeed one of the killers, he's choosing to dig the past back up again, to get to the truth and give Non's tormenters hell to pay
