My therapist told me it would be good if I took a day off from work during the week, so I want to make Wednesdays my study and free time day, like I used to do in the past. It was great to have a break since I've been working so much. I woke up early and did yoga and meditation first thing in the morning. Without any distractions, it was easy to keep my house clean, and I was able to vacuum and clean my house before 9 am.
I did a very focused study session before lunch and then read a little under my tree in my backyard. It's really really hot, but it's going to rain on Friday, which makes me happy. After lunch I played Stardew Valley on my new laptop and did more study sessions while watching Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. I had a 3h class today, so it was really good to study during the day because I didn't feel lost in class.
