Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeos. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1 tsp hot sauce. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices. Pickles.
Instructions: Put ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped pickled jalapeos in a large bowl. Combine well. Make 4 burger patties of the same size out of the mixture. The spicy sauce is made by whisking together mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of cooking. On the grill, toast the buns for about one minute, or until they get a little brown. Put some spicy sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Put a lettuce leaf on the bun, then a burger patty with cheese that's melted on top of it. Put tomato, red onion, and pickle slices on top. Add the top half of the bun and, if needed, use a toothpick to hold it in place. With your favorite sides, serve the Spicy Southern Kitchen Burger hot. Have fun!
