I completed #PIIT28 round 2 yesterday and I feel great. There have been a few physical changes to my body, but the biggest change of all is how much stronger I have become. When I started #PIIT28 back in March, I felt so weak. I had to take 3 minute breaks in between each round because I was so tired and sore. Now I can do it all with no problem.
