#wbw #waybackwednesday back to when I first did #piyo almost 5 years ago. Being able to do a modified #piyoflip was quite an accomplishment back then. IDK if I can still do it now... This was right around the time when my dad was dying of cancer. I was still on auto pilot so I was able to finish, plus I had a really good challenge group support system on FB. I’ve decided to do goat yoga for my birthday this year and have this crazy idea of doing a backbend and having a cute baby goat stand on me as I channel my best impression of a table... I have like 4 weeks or so to do it. Probably not gonna happen since I’m not really #flexible I don’t know how to #relax and #yoga often stresses me out more than anything because I get too in my head about it. But it’s a nice thought wishing I could go from 0 to backbend in 4 weeks... I’m contemplating doing Piyo again. I even printed out a clean copy of the basic calendar already. It’s 8 weeks long with Fridays as rest days... I might not adhere to the daily schedule since I have swim and dance and we all know I struggle w/ stamina and endurance already, but if I do end up doing Piyo again I’ll at least follow the sequence of workouts.
