So, is Rachel still the Oracle in the marriage of loyalty au? I think I’d be a little afraid of associating myself with Apollo knowing what he’s done if I were her, but maybe Rachel has to do it out of obligation.
...that is a very good question that I hadn't thought about till you asked so sorry it took me so long to reply.
Forewarning this became alot longer than I intended
I'm going to go with May Castellan is the Oracle.
Rachel is not the Oracle, or at least she is not the Oracle of Delphi.
One of the ripple effects of this au is that Hades didn't curse the Oracle.
Don't get me wrong, The man was still unbelievably furious at his lover's death, but he wasn't backed into the same corner he was in canon.
Persedione managed to fix things between him and Demeter (it helps that Hades is a phenomenal husband, especially when compared to Apollo) so he visits her and Persephone during spring and summer and Demeter visits during the cold months; Zeus and him are on relatively good terms thanks to Persedione and Persephone dragging the two into their odd co-parenting situation surrounding Zagreus/Dionysus (close enough that unlike Poseidon he knows the man isn't well and hasn't been since the beginning of the last century. It's hard to be angry at someone you know isn't in their right mind); Athena surprisingly has been someone he's gotten close over the past few decades too (Hades had offered comfort and someone she didn't need to be strong for and the wisdom goddess had recognised the genuine care stripped bare of manipulation for what it was and clung to it)...
Most importantly though his kids, family and court are accepted at Camp Elpis and New Athens.
Many of his kids/legacies have held or currently hold important positions within the city state and there are several temples to him and his court where offerings are laid in thanks.
Proper burial rites are being given!
So yes, Hades is angry but not enough to punish an innocent.
It helps that the Oracle is still just a child and even now Hades cannot bare to disappoint his favourite niece. Not when he will need to return to the underworld and face Persedione's ghost.
So the Oracle lives and dies a peaceful life with May Castellan (who's still a virgin because her relationship with Hermes wasn't sexual in nature) eventually taking on the mantle of Oracle of Delphi.
Apollo's Oracle's rarely find a home in Camp Elpis or New Athens, their patron antsy about having what's theirs cut off from them by the wards.
Instead they live within his closest temple to the camp with demigods visiting them for prophecies as needed when called upon to engage in a quest.
Luke still runs, the temple that houses the Oracle of Delphi is no place for children and the son of Hermes can feel the contempt that this building of caged divinity holds for him with every step he takes in it's walls.
He was not a child born of intimacy between his mother and godly father but his existence throws doubt on May Castellans purity and it hates him for it.
The priests and priestesses are worse for all that his mother, caught up in the splendor and mysticism of it all, fails to see it.
Luke in their mind is a slight against their god.
Luke has nightmares of Ichor stained floors; burning flesh, a beautiful women's screams reverberating through the temple as her pleas go unanswered and cruel gold eyes throughout most of his childhood.
These dreams do not stop until he runs, only then are they replaced by that same womens soft smile as she guides demigods of all ages and periods onwards to safety and home.
When Luke first dreams of Athena as she begs him and Thalia to protect her youngest child he can't help but notice as she smiles in relief at their agreement that she shares the same grin as the woman from his dreams.

As for Rachel, whilst she still becomes an oracle she takes on the title of Oracle or Speaker for the Grove of Dodona.
How this comes about is rather fun.
At some point during Apollo and Persedione marriage Zeus reached out to his mother for help because he did not know what to do.
Politically his hands were tied, should their marriage be ended it would have devastating consequences for their pantheon.
But the Athenide is his favourite grandchild, mother of his favourite son, daughter of his favourite child and he does not wish for her to suffer.
So he goes to Rhea who has been in a dishearteningly similar position when it came to Kronos in hopes she might know a way to help.
Rhea looks at the situation and choses to grant Persedione the only comfort she can, the same comfort that had granted the Titaness moments of solitude and respite from her mad husband.
Rhea gifts her grandchild the forest of Dodona.
The forest cannot be found or entered by men, nor anyone without its mistresses approval.
Persedione goes there officially to contemplate what her sight shows her but unofficially escapes there whenever Apollo is especially wrathful and she needs to hide until he calms.
Unlike Apollo, Persedione does not have many Oracle's/Speakers.
In fact, before Rachel, Persedione has only ever had one other Oracle.
Also, I hope if no one objects, I include the charming witty @spasticon1 because seem genuinely interested
— Sally is actually quite indifferent to the topic of gender and stuff like that. She has spent countless billions of years as a heavenly dome above the earth, having almost no consciousness and being in fact in a deep comatose state with only rare types of awakening, she is still deeply upset by such an insult and the loss of her bodily masculinity as an instrument of power and might, but it is rather perceived when an unfortunate defeat happened a long time ago, but in Otherwise, she is completely calm and plus She loves Aphrodite very much, who was born thanks to her castration. She is very androgynous and uses the pronouns she/her/hers more out of personal liking and habit than as part of femininity, she does not care about gender in any way.
— She is very happy with her current life and reflects on the past, realizing where she made mistakes and, to be completely honest, it was terrible, She understands perfectly well why her wife and sons overthrew her, God bless her family, her mother, her father and her Uncle because as a child she was a completely wild child. She constantly tried to climb all kinds of hills to be closer to the sky and rolled naked on the ground, and also despised shoes and most of her clothes in general. As a child, putting at least panties on her was already an achievement
— She met Poseidon completely by chance and was fascinated by his marine nature and how perfect they were for each other, just as she was at the beginning fascinated by Gaia. She did not plan to have a child with him and, frankly, doubted that she could bear children at all because castration deprived her of any fertility and the last fruit of her seed and blood was Aphrodite. But she wants to have a life, even if it's a complicated, confusing divinity, and she felt a spark of life inside her... even if she wasn't able to give birth to it, it was still conceived in her, and it was her Rhea, lost by her mother and returned to her father... She felt obligated to give her life - She came to the water, she came to the sea, those dark deep chaotic parts that belonged to primitive gods like her, and thus Rhea was born again
Reincarnation seems to be really good for the Primordials, Titans and gods 😆 maybe I should do one for Kronos at some point.
So many good points for Sally, and being drawn to the sky like that, even as a child? Chef’s Kiss.
Sally’s thoughts on Aphrodite are so sweet, seems like this unconventional second and third chance at parenthood is good for her 🙂
I wonder if Sally knows Poseidon is her grandson (though given how tangled the gods’ family wreath is, they probably don’t care—though in no universe is Poseidon going to consider Rhea’s reincarnation anything other than his mother).
Sally getting another chance to parent Rhea, remembering how badly she failed all of her children in another life (gods, Sally meeting Tyson and how sweet he is is going to hurt 😭)…she is absolutely not going to waste this chance she’s been given, Rhea will never lack for love or parental affection.
Sally finding out exactly what happened to her family after she went into her comatose state, the violence Kronos unleashed upon Rhea and her children (Chaos, Ouranos knew she should have stopped that wedding…she’d hoped hearing the prophecy would make Kronos divorce Rhea—better she be set aside rather than Ouranos’s sweet daughter suffer), is going to hurt. And as much as Sally regrets her past self’s actions, it makes a dark, bitter part of her want to pick up a blade and slaughter the youngest of her Titanic sons.
Ω PJO MISC. DEMIGOD HEADCANONS: 🤰 RHEA “TITANESS OF MOTHERHOOD, FERTILITY, COMFORT, EASE, AND PROTECTION AND BLESSING, MOTHER OF THE GODS, THE GREAT MOTHER” ☮ {Wave 5.0}
A/N: You know after all the asks about Rhea, you would think I would write something official for her. Though with the amount of asks about Rhea, I wasn’t compelled to do so until now. So here it is! If you’ve read the past Rhea asks, you will see a lot of repeated words because I did just take stuff from there and put it into here cause they were rather substantial. Anyways, enjoy the little story I wrote at the end cause why not at this point! Thanks for reading and hope you have a good day!
MISCELLANEOUS DEMIGOD H/CS MASTERLIST LINK: [VOL. 1: TUMBLR] || [VOL. 2: TUMBLR] || [AO3]
Following the dreams and motherly words, you were climbing over the hill of Delphi Strawberries, and saw the lone Pine Tree that stood over. You noticed the giant dragon that curled itself around the base of the tree and the sparkling golden fleece hanging over its branches. The dragon cracked open an eye, its nostrils bellowing smoke and you smiled gently but cautious as you greeted it softly. The dragon rumbled and yawned, before closing its eyes.
Taking it as a sign that you were allowed to pass, you crossed the boundary and immediately saw all of Camp Half Blood as the dream had told you. There was already a great crowd of people just down the hill and that was when you were claimed.
A bright golden turret crown appeared over your head. It floated just so that as everyone looked up at you, it looked like the crown was sitting upon your head. People were murmuring and you could hear in the distance of the trees and wind chimes calling your name.}
Everyone keeps trying to get a look at the demigod of Rhea, not because there is anything wrong but more so the fact Rhea hadn’t been seen for a millennia by anyone aside from the Olympians and maybe a few close others. And after her experience with Kronos, no one expected her to go out and have a child with a mortal is almost unfathomable.
Dionysus takes personal responsibility over you because he is a grandma’s boy and because Rhea helped him a lot, by curing him of madness induced by Hera when he was a demigod, and taught him religious rites that solidified himself as a god. He doesn’t treat you as his favourite explicitly but people who have known Mr. D for a while can see him being a touch more gentle with you.
If you’re a son of Rhea, he’s protective because he can sense Zeus rumbling with jealousy and if you’re a daughter of Rhea, well…he’s going to practically treat you as his own daughter.
If you’ve been told you’re the sweetest, kindest, calm person, you’ve inherited Rhea’s characteristics but it doesn’t mean you’re a complete push over or a perfect angel. Your personality can be gruff and tough but there is a comfort and ease behind the strong persona like a heavy weighted blanket. However, you are most definitely a pacifist and rather choose not to fight unless directly threatened.
Whether it's based on your character or power, you can induce serenity and make people feel at ease around you. As the demi-titan of Rhea, the Titan of Comfort and Ease, you are able to emit feelings of tranquility much like seen in Hestia, where they just exude comfort and ease, giving an aura of warmth, comfort, safety, and so forth.
The caveat is that as a power, it can only be attuned if they practice the act of comfort and ease. Something like achieving Inner Peace but with Comfort and Ease. The best way I can put into perspective is that the child of Rhea already exudes comfort and ease but their aura leaks out much like a leaky tap. Only when they come into their power can they let the power of Comfort and Ease flow out of them like getting the stuck tap to flow.
I can also imagine their power being used to force their opponents to not fight, in a sense where a child of Hypnos just makes their enemy fall asleep kind of deal, getting their opponents or target to lose their desire to fight. In a better situation, it can be used to keep the peace and ensure communication is exchanged with words and not fists; which if they were at Camp, this would be used in so many ways. In most situations, people are drawn to them to just feel at peace.
However, this power is not necessarily a good thing to have on all the time.
While Comfort and Ease are good things, it is a passive thing and things cannot always be passive. They will have to learn or be forced to allow things to happen and it is inevitable that people will fight one way or another because it is required and there are reasons to fight and be active in. Even Rhea took the initiative to plan Kronos’ downfall when he started swallowing their infant children.
Considering Rhea is often associated with nature, earth, and the mountains, and of the such, you may also have a connection with nature. I dunno if you could say minor nature manipulation but you definitely can communicate it in a way. You definitely have a better connection with the nymphs and dryads.
If you manage somehow to get lions, then you’re going to have a lion companion. Or if you somehow get your hands or meet a Rhea bird, the South American Ostrich. The reason why is pretty self-explanatory because the bird was named after Rhea herself and it might as well be considered one of her sacred animal, and being her demigod, well, yeah you get the point.
I can see the child of Rhea being able to pick up general skills to invoke protection and blessing, healing, and so forth. It’s not as powerful as a god but as a half-titan, you also have the ability to cure afflictions. The demigod of Rhea is often seen at the Apollo cabin and medical ward helping to care and ease for those hurt, mostly out of their own initiative.
You’re the only one who can walk into the Grove of Dodona that surrounds Camp Halfblood without going insane. You often can be seen tending to the trees who talk to you often. Their attitudes are less…dominant towards you but they’re still quite talkative and gossipy at times.
There’s a possibility that you have prophetic tendencies, whether through you or being able to interpret with the help of the Grove of Dodona. You also become the caretaker of the Grove, the wind and the trees constantly whispering to you for company.
If you ever come into the need to or have to, you probably could have a staff or the staff base of your weapon made from the wood from the Grove of Dodona, much like Iris’s staff is made from the grove too.
You also can be found making pottery and while people are confused how you’re so good at making pottery, you just admit the clay just wields to your fingers and just seems to seeming come together, you find out through Lester that Rhea has started a pottery studio somewhere. You faintly remember a memory of chubby baby hands being guided to mold a big lump of clay, bigger warmer and steady hands helping you as the woman smiled at you with love.
You’re going to be visited by all the Olympians, mostly those with connections with Rhea as her child and grandchildren. Try as they might hide it in their ‘mortal’ forms. Sometimes you don’t know, and sometimes you do. The only thing stopping the gods (cough Zeus) from messing with you is because they don’t want to make mother mad at them. This opens to shenanigans as long as you don’t explicitly dishonour or disrespect the gods.

“So…I take this is unusual for mother,” you said slowly, carefully trying to wrap your mind around being a demigod? Demi-titan of Rhea; the Mother of the Gods and you know, the (former) of Kronos.
“Try highly unusual, in fact you are the first demigod of mother” said Hades, “and I would know if there were any others before you as they would’ve ended up in my realm.”
“Also Zeus, as the one who claims to know mother most, would not be able to be quiet about not being the youngest sibling anymore” added in Hera.
You stared at the two gods in front of you as you politely stirred your cup of tea. After you were claimed as the half-mortal child of Rhea, everything had flipped over and sent everything in an absolute panic. Mr. D was absolutely breaking down, Chiron was trying to get a semblance of order, and while you tried to calm everyone down, you accidentally let out a power of full calmness that made everything in camp stop.
Then Hestia came forward, grabbed Dionysus’s hand and yours before calmly taking you to the side and then you were taken to Olympus, and now there was this. Having tea with Hades; the God of the Dead and Riches, Lord of the Underworld, and Hera, Goddess of Marriage, Queen of the Olympus.
Your technical older godly half-siblings. Which you were having tea with.
“So…not that I’m not enjoying the company, but why is that you’re here? I’d imagine you have more pressing issues to deal with then” you said.
“Mother has never had a mortal child before and after our…father, we had assumed greatly that she was dissuaded marrying or being with another man” started Hera-
“No one would have blamed her. After all, she had to witness her husband swallow every child she had birthed” scoffed Hades.
“And other than the times we have sent invitations to mother for our brunches, Mother has rarely shown herself anywhere” added Hera, “Even when we visit her in locations, we seldom catch her there uninvited. Even now we don’t know where she is.”
You remembered grubby baby hands, playing with clay in a studio with a woman encouraging you by cooing and the rumbling purrs of lions as your lullaby.
“Yet, here you are; clearly a child of man as well as our mother” said Hera, “Zeus has everyone looking for mother to get things straight, and even Apollo who had seen her most recently, doesn’t know where she may be either.”
“Zeus has always prided himself on being the youngest of us all and while my business with the Underworld have kept me exempted from this, I don’t trust what Zeus will do to you when he has the opportunity to catch you alone” said Hades.
“What? I’m only a demigod, Lord Hades” you said.
“It is because you are a demigod that Zeus may feel threatened by you. Gods cannot directly interfere with each other but heroes have always been used on behalf of the gods. You are capable of change and depending on what you do, or how Zeus feels, he may strike you down. And I’m in no hurry for you to join me in the underworld earlier.”
“Oh. That’s rather kind of you.”
Hades grumbled but you did catch the slight blush to his ears.
“And as for me, I’m here because I rather enjoy not being the second youngest and I will not have Zeus take that opportunity from me” huffed Hera, “Besides, he better not do anything that make more cross with him.”
She glared at the sky and clouds as if she thought Zeus was eavesdropping from above. Given the sky is his domain…that was pretty much the case.
You and Hades sipped your respective drink to keep quiet about it.
You know what it's a tragedy? Even if Kronos hadn't swallowed his children, being to them the father that Ouranos wasn't to him and even had become a better person, releasing the Hecatonkheires and Elder Cyclopes once for all from Tartarus, he would still be overthroned.
When he cut his father Ouranos with his scythe his fate was set in stone, dooming him and his family with a terrible curse, so it doesn't matter if he tried to be a good king, husband and father because in the end he was fated to face the same fate his father suffered in his hands by the hands of one of his sons. He trying to avoid fate just made things worse.
Him, Rhea and their children could never be a family.
Not excusing his actions. As Loki another villain put.
"The thing about fate, Magnus: even if we can't change the big picture, our choices can alter the details. That's how we rebel against destiny, how we make our mark. What will you choose to do?"
He didn't needed to be remembered as a monster, he could had gone to story as a good king and in the heart of his family as someone they hold dear, but he was the Crooked One for a reason.
It's interesting to imagine how things could have changed if Rhea had fixed him as he wanted, if he hadn't let the paranoia dominate him and swallowed Hestia when he noticed she wasn't a Titan. Something tells me either Zeus would end up releasing him from Tartarus like in Hesiod's works, maybe not even chopping him into pieces after defeating him, or Zeus would end up worse than he already was on canon, after all one thing is defeating an abusive archnemesis dad and other is betray a father who actually raised and loved you.
Well, something tells me that either way Rhea would (still) love this Kronos.

Hestia's job is to keep the home and hearth together.
@toapril-official TOApril day 17 - Scapegoat / A Repeat of History.
The Hearth was taken for granted, not quite ignored but not the focus, either, providing a warmth that would be noticed in its absence but was normal in its presence, nothing special. Nothing that needs paying attention to.
That near-obscurity was where Hestia had faded to when she had given up her throne in the name of peace, permanently altering the balance of Olympus but above all keeping it stable, keeping it going and stopping it from tearing itself apart from within.
There wasn’t much she had the power to stop when it came to external threats, but when her family tried to tear itself apart from the seams? That, she could stop.
Her power, her throne, she had handed to Dionysus, but power was not always the answer. Sometimes, the answer was in humility. Keeping the hearth, the home intact wasn’t a feat that could be managed with displays of power and clashing. It took compromise, quiet reasoning and respect to truly keep a home together, because the home was greater than any single part that resided inside it.
That was Hestia’s job. She’d done the fighting, stood on the frontlines with whatever weapons she could get her hands on at her disposal and thrown herself into the fray knowing that it was fight for her survival, her family’s survival, or their early existence in their father’s stomach would seem like Elysium compared to their fate.
They had won, but it was an experience Hestia had no intentions of repeating again, except it had, almost, with the giants, before Olympus finally, finally, settled into their home. And it was peaceful.
Hestia was going to make it stay peaceful, wherever it fell within her abilities. Compromises, whispers from the flames, watching and making sure that no matter how much Olympus bent, it never broke.
It took some sacrifices.
Inaction was at times as powerful as action, and it was that that Hestia wielded the most. She watched and didn’t offer help as the other gods protested at Zeus’ ruling, despite the fact he was nothing like their father. They tried, and they failed, and they were punished.
Hestia didn’t know if she agreed with the severity of the punishment, but she didn’t disagree with the act of dissuasion. They did not need another war, not one that pit god against god and tore the heavens asunder. Zeus was reasonable, could be reasoned with, and for as long as that held true he was their better option.
It slipped away from her. She watched, and she stayed silent, stayed out of the way as Olympus continued, as Zeus thrived at its head, but for all her watching, she missed the signs.
Perhaps it was because she was always watching that everything seemed fine, that Olympus was strong and under control. Perhaps she should have closed her eyes for a while, like their mother, except that meant abandoning her post, abandoning her home, and that went against the core of Hestia’s essence. Rhea could float around, disappear for millennia, and then reappear when she wanted to, but Hestia couldn’t.
Hestia’s awakening came with Apollo’s punishment. It wasn’t the first time Apollo had been punished, nor even the second, but while the last two had been understandable – killing the cyclopes had been a heinous crime, and trying to overthrow Zeus and sending them back into another war was equally terrible – this one Hestia couldn’t understand.
This one scared Hestia, because it was the worst punishment yet, all but akin to murdering his own son, and it uncomfortably echoed their own father.
Zeus couldn’t become like Kronos. He couldn’t, because if he did then they needed to do something about it, and doing something about it meant another war, meant repeating the hell that had been Olympus tearing itself apart from within, the Hearth spluttering and dying as the home tore into pieces.
Something had to happen. Something had to stop it happening, but Hestia had no power, no action that she could do. All Hestia had was compromises, inaction, bending so that nothing broke.
She didn’t need Apollo or her mother to tell her that wasn’t enough, any more.
