VISCARIAN Definition: Viscarian describes a non-binary individual who has a gender presentation that is both masculine and xenine; they may present as both simultaneously, or change between presentations. They do not have to be solarian, xenogender, or masculine/xeno-aligned; however, the gender expression of someone Viscarian is very important to their identity. It is part of the Floral System. POLYROMANTIC Definition: Polyromantic, also spelled plyromantic or poliromantic, refers to someone who is romantically attracted to many, but not all, genders. For example, a polyromantic individual could be attracted to all genders except men. Or, a polyromantic individual could be attracted only to non-binary individuals, genderfluid individuals, and male-aligned individuals. Polyromantic generally implies that an individual is attracted to more than two genders, but they can be attracted to any number of genders anywhere from two genders to all genders besides one. Polyromantic falls under the multiromantic umbrella. It can be similar to biromantic and other pluralian identities. The difference between these identities usually comes down to individual preference, particularly where individuals may feel that different terms communicate their individual experience of attraction with more accuracy. People often say that mono- (monosexual, monoromantic, etc) means "attraction to one gender."

We disagree on this definition. We think it should mean "attraction to one type of gender."

Its very rare for a mono- person to actually be attracted to only one gender. 

For example, a monosexual person who is strictly attracted to men is usually not just attracted to binary men, and is also attracted to at least some non-binary men as well (demimen, neumen, xenomen, multigender men, etc), meaning that they technically aren’t attracted to only one gender, however the type of gender they are attracted to can all be categorized under the umbrella of “man.” This is due to the fact that certain genders have significant overlap, and in some cases, cannot be distinctly separated.

"Man" isn't a single gender, nor is "woman", nor is most other gender terms. They are umbrellas for sub-genders that fall beneath it
