146 days until race day: That’s a wrap! Today’s workouts puts an end to this block of training. Once again, I kept things simple at the pool doing plenty of swimming drills. I was saving my energy for the indoor bike ride. I knew it was going to be a difficult one. It was an extremely hilly course and I’m happy with the effort I kept during the race. The virtual @gorouvy app was a great, keeping me distracted and motivated. The Suunto App did not show this correctly because it’s not considering elevation but it was 15.1 miles in Rouvy compared to the 24.9 on Suunto. This session took a lot out of me but it was the perfect ending to this training block.
