one of the nice things about adhd is getting to scroll through my liked videos or posts on a website and basically experience them for the first time because i have literally no memory of them

ADD problems
That moment when you sit down to do stuff in a disciplined way and make a to-do li....4 hours later I’m signed up for a new app, didn’t eat lunch nor remember to drink water, my phone is at 14% and I’m about to pee my pants.
ADHD Solidarity Is
Going to blog run by another person who has ADHD and searching a certain tag then in that search you see the same post multiple times
ADD problems
When you‘re trying to be social after a long time so you go and hang out with people but you’re not (!!!) on meds... and overshare and annoy everyone so thoroughly that the next morning you‘d like to just pack your shit and move to another country 🙈🙈🙈
Best ADD situation ever
I had a customer today who started oversharing on personal information after we got talking (I work in sales). Pretty soon she stopped herself and was quite upset about unintentionally oversharing.
Her: „Damn, now I‘m oversharing again, I shouldn‘t! *shakes head as if to shake off the urge to share*
Me:“Hey, that‘s quite okay, don‘t worry. I can relate, sometimes I‘m oversharing and in the back of my head some voice already goes ‚WHY are you saying that, shut up!‘“ So oversharing is fine with me, I have a goldfish‘s memory span anyway...I mean...what did you just tell me? I forgot. No clue anymore.
Her: „It‘s because I have ADD“
Me: “Really? Me too!“
Her: „What? No kidding? OMG, you‘re only the second woman with ADD I‘ve met in my life!“
...and she pulls me into this long, big bearish hug just because .... and we jump and giggle and laugh (both older than 30*cough*) and fast-talk trash for 30 minutes about neurotypicals not getting it and taking meds and stupid things we have to deal with all the time.
I‘m currently trying to determine if this encounter made my week or my year!
RSD problems
When your co-worker tells you to put your waterbottle somewhere else but your brain tells you she just insulted you to a duel to the death.
