Not plant related but I was walking in to work this morning and realized I'm the version of myself I really hoped I would be by the time I reached this age. When I was younger I always daydreamed about being older. To me I wanted to be more beautiful, more fit and feel good about myself. I wanted to be independent, having lived on my own in a city far away from where I grew up. Whether or not I had kids was always up in the air, but I never figured more than two. I wanted to be a pretty mom, a strong mom. I saw myself as outgoing and fun, with friends I would go out and have fun with.

Edit: Not to mention, I battled addiction to narcotics throughout most of my twenties.

I used to be a "What's so interesting about cars lmao they just go vroom🤌" kinda person and now I spend hours and hours like OMG FAST CARS GO VROOM VROOM HI 🥹☺️💕✨
