I know weight is just a number, but it feels soooo good when you hit a new low #weighin 👙✔️💪🏼 Each Saturday, I take measurements and get in the scale to hold myself accountable. I feel the more structure I have with it, the better I keep with it. This #bikiniprep started (back in August) as something I could see if I could do (not knowing if I'd ever want to be a #fitnesscompetitor because truthfully it scares me to get on stage and be #judged 😕 Who knows?! Maybe one day, but in the mean time I 💗 dieting & #training like one! Bikini Complex Workout

Grab a pair of dumbbells and try this workout!  Or add a round or two to the end of your next workout!  Complete ten reps of each move before moving onto next exercise.  There is no rest until you complete the circuit.  Keep rest time between circuits minimal to really challenge yourself! :)

I forget how I stumbled upon this product, but I’m so happy I did!
