Quiet and reserved, he doesn't like to make a scene when something goes wrong but he WILL if its necessary
Sets things down very gently, walks slowly, talks quietly, he doesn't like to make sound or alert people that hes there
Likes to be invisible in plain sight, he can find out more about people if they talk like he isnt there
Very observant, he often will just sit and people watch and eavesdrop for hours without getting bored
Hes trans, and for gender affirming reasons he prefers to hang out with men almost exclusively. He doesn't have faith in himself passing as male so he just tries to blend into a pack
Its not that he HATES women at all, he just knows he would rather be labeled as "one of the boys" in conversation
He doesn't think he passes, but he hopes that if he can just act a certain way or stand a certain way he can pass at least as nonbinary (me too bro TvT)
He is very crafty, he can just build shit with no planning and itll always work out for the most part

Ticci Toby - He’s one of the most relaxed proxies to ever exist, let alone a high proxy. He is the operator’s favourite.
Rogue - Super angry that she’s only the median proxy. She thinks it was stolen from her.
Kate - So dead inside. She’s trying her best, but she got adjusted way too many times. According to DEATH ITSELF, she’s already dead. She’s a waking corpse.
X-Virus - He is so bad at field missions. He’s supposed to do them with ease and efficiency. If Cody is involved in any mission? Something WILL go wrong.
Neon Spike - She’s surprisingly smart for someone being isolated from society since she was 8 years old
Zechariah - He’s from the US Civil War era, but he’s NOT racist!! He doesn’t discriminate! The racism got adjusted out of him.
Cat Hunter - I NO LONGER WRITE FOR HIM
Wilson - He’s such a simp for Rogue. He would do anything for her.
Hoodie - Operator’s LEAST favourite. He can’t speak anymore and knows ASL to communicate. Gay for Masky.
Masky - Gay for Hoodie. He also knows ASL and interprets what Hoodie says to everyone else.
Obviously in terms of rank, the main group are the highest. It goes;
- Proxies
- Killers
Proxies are the most trained individuals when it comes to tracking, stalking, hunting and survival while out on their own. Slender essentially trusts knows that these main four are the most useful out of everyone else. The best part about it is that these are probably the most basic looking people who do work under his wing, so they are really the only ones tasked with venturing out into civilisation. They are mostly tasked with hiring other recruits, eliminating targets that could pose as a threat and to essentially cover up the tracks of the other killers. If you have these four rock up suddenly in your town or state, you know something is about to go down.
Although, it's pretty rare for them to travel in the pack. Most the time they are on their own, as it's easier that way. These guys are good at acting nonchalant, becoming your friend and slipping themselves into your social group and life.
I feel like Toby is the best at turning up in your life, that ray of sunshine you need when it feels as if everything is spiralling. Along with Brian, but most the time he does the stalking and following you around whereas Toby is more hands on at actually hanging out with you. Brian knows what meds you are on, what hospital you went to, your parents, anything that could pose a threat to the mission.
Kate and Tim on the other hand are mostly scouting the area for anymore protentional recruits. I wouldn't see the pair sleeping together or hanging around together. Toby would sleep in his car, Tim or Brian maybe a hotel room whereas Kate would rough it out and sleep somewhere remote like an abandoned building.
Obviously I also have this headcanon where I believe if a Proxy steps out of line, they essentially have to be 're-programmed.' So, if Toby starts (let's say) develops feelings or feels a little too connected to normal life or memories start flooding back of his life before OR even, he feels as if he doesn't want to do this anymore; the proxy in question will basically disappear.
They'll come back as a literal machine, praising Slender, praising everything and all the work he has done. The proxy won't think, won't feel, they have a task and that's to recruit or kill.
But that only happens in instances where the Proxy in question fucks up or steps out of line. Essentially, they are all brainwashed and Slender is the fucking puppeteer.
Occasionally they'll all hang out, in a cabin or some waffle house or something. They just attempt to act normal, Tim and Brian are better at it whereas at first for Toby and Kate, it took some time for them to adjust to it all.

She doesn't speak much, and when she does it a low grating voice
She moves fairly slowly, she can walk quickly but it causes pain at her sutures if she goes to fast so she just meanders
Her missing eye is always cold on the inside and she can feel it in her skull. It is unpleasant.
She comes off as rude but shes just really to the point and sarcastic
Shes really funny though and people love being around her (when shes in a good mood)
She mainly writes or types to communicate, her hands are too stiff for sign language
She is always cold and stiff, she IS undead after all
She doesn't really sleep or lay down, she just hates it because it makes her vulnerable
She is close to belle because ann loves torturing her by flirting with her and touching her
She is also pretty close with clockwork because they are both quiet and blunt
HATES CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS. Cannot stand them. Will hurt their feelings on purpose.
Shes not got a romantic preference, she doesn't seek out romantic love but does enjoy messing with peoples feelings and then calling them a necrophiliac
Appearance
Shes got wavy red hair thats always tangled and falls out easy so she has to be very careful brushing it
She doesn't change clothes, but she does spot clean. And the scrubs are black so that helps
She does wet wipe baths and douses herself in perfume because she doesn't like showering but wants to be clean looking
She is a patchwork of different skin tones and different pigmentations. One of the flesh strips has plaque psoriasis and it drives her crazy
She doesn't bother shaving. Shes not trying to impress anyone
She does do makeup most the time, it just makes her feel pretty :]
She has to stitch herself up pretty frequently, she hates having loose anything

he doesnt like drinking all the time, but its the only thing that makes him feel less depressed
hes basically a functional alcoholic
he smokes half a pack a day, it also gives him some momentary calm
wanted to be a role model to toby at first but MAN that boy is stupid
is the only one whos allowed to drive. kate cant, and brian and toby suck
he hunts a lot, and he carries a rifle across his back most the time
is very aware of the marble hornets tapes and he has no idea how to get them taken down so he just tries to forget about it
has really bad chronic pain that he kills old people for so he can take their muscle relaxers and pain killers
as much as he hates it, he is slenders lap dog. he just doesnt want to die as painfully as alex and jay did
he REFUSES to get jack to look at his wounds unless they are serious. he has hydrogen peroxide and super glue, no need for anything else
Hoodie/Brian Thomas
not mentally ill, just an asshole for fun
as far as anyone else is aware, he has bipolar. brian does not have bipolar, he just says this so he can get away with more
chronic user of weaponized incompetence, what do you MEAN he can put together a new shelf, he just doesnt get it!
very sarcastic with painfully dry humor, he is also a big fan of making things uncomfortable
also a big outdoorsman, he and toby go out into the forest together and just do whatever they want until they get called back or get sick of each other
loves to butcher animals and has no problem killing them, unless they are nice to him (cats and dogs usually but he has killed them on occasion)
has bad back pain from the fall and has to wear a brace most days with some pain killers he usually swipes from tim
he can flip from nice to hating your guts over one word, and will flip the other way just as quick
is a drug dealer to the other inhabitants of the mansion and sometimes even in the normal population if hes strapped for cash
he drinks with tim a lot, but not as heavily. he taps out after 3 beers usually
will drug victims before he kills them if he wants to torture them so its easier
he goes with kate to the outside world a lot too, hes not that well known as a killer and if he wears different clothes then he blends in just fine
