Finally. Sweet days and hellosummer. I have been craving for ice cream so bad but somehow conditions were not allowing me to grab one. Once the shop was closed, the other day it was raining and I did not feel like getting myself soaked and anyhow I need sunshine for ice cream. Today the sun was out, I made a rich quiche for lunch and after that still felt the hunger for sweets. Natalka suggested my to try the handcrafted Italian gelateria so I went. One taste did not have a name tag so I asked the guy what is was. And the answer came like heaven-sent: queso de cabra. Goat cheese. Holy Mary! Or should I say madre de dios! Sure this is gonna be my choice. I decided already than that I am gonna go for two tastes. So what should be the other one? So I am asking the guy what he believes would go best with goat cheese. Frutti di bosco he says. (Wild berries). Sure thing, I answered and there was my sweet present to myself right in front of me. Magical combination I have to say. Happy summer everyone.
