random luca haas hcs part 2:

he feeds the stray cats outside of his apartment (even if he’s veryyy slightly allergic to them). he’s given them all names and they all gather outside waiting for him to return after practice

he’s actually really close to his landlady (a nice old lady). she taught him to knit, they gossip about the other tenants, she feeds him home cooked dinners because he’s apparently eating “bird food” (luca doesn’t admit it but having meals with his landlady helps with the home sickness), and she feeds the cats when he’s away

speaking of knitting, luca has primary been a 2d type of artist his whole life. so when his landlady taught him to knit, luca thought that it was an art form maybe it wouldn’t be that hard, but apparently he doesn’t get along with textiles because his first projects were always tangles of yarn

now that he’s actually decent at knitting, luca brings his hobby with him on away games. you can find him knitting to release pre-game anxiety. when the team found out, they were actually really curious because none of them had ever had experience with knitting either. from then on, road trips became unofficial knitting club meetings

in the winter months, luca knits sweaters for each of his stray cats, chiron and anya also get custom sweaters for Christmas

luca learns from his landlady that apparently one of the new tenants also moved from switzerland, and he was a graphic designer (luca’s more curious now bc he’s into art like luca according to his landlady who had seen him bring in large easels)

it turns out this graphic designer is actually a new cens hire who luca eventually falls for

they live happy ever after moving into the same apartment, drawing together, knitting together, and ofc feeding their cats

Random Code Lyoko HCs

Not dead yet! I have nothing better to post and I have a headache so I decided to screw around with some CL HCs while my brain gets back in order.

most of these are about Aelita oops

The kids are all budding film fans, having a great enjoyment of the power of film as an art form. They like to head out to their local cinema once a week when not preoccupied.

I've played with this idea previously but I think all five of the kids are big fans of Studio Ghibli. Yumi grew up with their movies and the boys learned of their existence through critical acclaim and started watching their works frequently. Aelita, as I mentioned, was introduced to their films through Yumi and found herself loving them just as much.

Everyone in the friend group likes springtime a lot - except for Odd, who has some terrible hay fever problems.

Shortly after Aelita's materialization, during a free night with no XANA madness, Odd took the gang out for pizza. This was Aelita's first time eating pizza and she was in love - it quickly became her favorite food.

In terms of pizza toppings, while all five of them enjoy pepperoni, Jeremie, Aelita and Yumi enjoy pineapple pizza while Ulrich and Odd despise it. This has led to a great many instances of bickering - Yumi calls these incidents "the great Pizza Wars".

As time went by, Odd found himself developing an interest in children's writing. He's always enjoyed making people laugh, and he soon found himself wanting to share laughter with people around the world. With his friends' help, he's started to write numerous wacky and silly stories with an emphasis on comedy, and telling those stories to some of the youngsters around the group.

I've talked about this before because of my AU, but the kids are skilled singers and musicians. Jeremie in particular is talented at singing, piano and guitar, though he doesn't like to make a show of it. Sometimes he and Aelita will spend private time having intimate little jam sessions together.

The kids all love amusement parks - though Odd is somewhat prone to motion sickness (though he still loves the thrill of a good rollercoaster despite what it does to his stomach) and Jeremie dislikes most of the faster rides. Oftentimes, on amusement park outings, Jeremie takes Aelita on some of the calmer, gentler rides so the two can share romantic peaceful moments while the others blast through the more exciting and stomach-turning rides.

Having grown very used to flying after being given wings on Lyoko, Aelita wants to try hang gliding someday.

I stated this before but I feel like over time, Jeremie would grow more comfortable with being openly affectionate towards Aelita, and thus the two can often get adorably (and a bit disgustingly) sappy and romantic in the post-XANA era. Much to the aggravation of their friends lol

Taking my AU out of the equation, I feel like Odd is the most likely to be a My Singing Monsters player

Post-series, William has difficulty fitting in with the group, but Aelita is openly friendly to him and Jeremie doesn't mind him. William finds friendship in Aelita and even Jeremie to an extent, and Aelita is helping the other three grow better used to him.

Once Sissi became better friends with the group post-series, she decided to try her best to treat Aelita better, and occasionally invites her and Yumi for girl hang-outs. Sissi likes painting Aelita's nails!

Aelita found herself getting addicted to Google Street View after Odd introduced it to her. (She's just like me fr) She loved wandering the world and seeing the sights. Whenever she sees something especially funny or neat, she excitedly tells her friends about it.

Street View also sparked a desire to travel the world in Aelita. Jeremie hopes to get a good job so the two can make money to travel together when they grow up.

Odd definitely picks up some of his sense of humor from the internet's dumbest jokes as time goes on, to the frustration of the boys + Yumi and the confusion of Aelita who has no idea where half these jokes came from or why they're funny

I'll end this post off with a cute one; Aelita has volunteered to walk Kiwi for Odd. She loves that cute pupper, and Kiwi loves her back! Aelita loves spending time with Kiwi, he helps keep her spirits high even in her roughest times!
