I’m getting an image of a Zen spa in my mind. Professions like Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Sleep Therapy, Reiki Healing, Veterinary Medicine, Hairdressing, Cosmetics or anything in the beauty industry, Child Development/Child Psychology or teaching small kids (Kindergarten/Art Teacher, Art Therapist or anything in the Arts). Anything that involves you providing people or animals with your healing energy or healing hands. You have an intuitive understanding of what someone or something needs. It’s like you don’t even have to say anything — you can communicate with all beings beyond words (non-verbal communication). what emotional and physical changes, including in my appearance, might happen for me this year?
there are a lot of things i want to improve in myself, especially my self confidence, self love and appearance. i’ve already started making some changes, like eating healthier with fruits, protein, and salads, and going to the gym. i’m also trying to keep up with basic self care, hygiene, and health habits.
i plan to start therapy again by may. i’m a very shy and insecure person because of some difficult experiences i went through, and that sometimes makes me feel behind other people or less experienced in life.
the part that worries me the most is self love, because it’s something i’ve struggled with for a long time. even though i’ve tried therapy before, my experiences with previous therapists unfortunately didn’t work out. but i still want to keep trying and improving little by little. *sorry for any mistakes, english is not my first language*

If not joy, then you might just feel this sense of deeper understanding about yourself and your struggles this year. You might find peace in just simply observing yourself while you achieve all of the goals you have for yourself like maintaining basic hygiene, eating healthier and going to the gym — little by little. The inner self and outer self are intertwined, so whatever it is you are feeling within will be reflected on your outward appearance.
