These tasty popsicles are made with fresh fruits and coconut water, which are both great for you. On hot summer days, they're a tasty and healthy treat.
Ingredients: 2 cups mixed fresh fruit such as berries, kiwi, pineapple. 1 cup coconut water.
Instructions: Break up the fruit. Put the fruit pieces into the popsicle molds in an even way. Fill up every mold all the way to the top with coconut water. Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, which should take at least 4 hours. Take them out of the molds and enjoy once they're frozen.
