This episode reminded me of elements from many other episodes, but THAT WAS STILL SO FRESH OMGGGGFF!!!!!!

FIRST OF ALL RICK (both of them) was SO CUTE GAHHH!!! The animation on display here was just so good and I immediately lost it when his body gained sentience and IMMEDIATELY WAS SO ADORABLE I WANT TO PROTECT HIM SOOO BADDD 😭🥹🥺🥹 THE ANIMATION IN THIS EPISODE HAS SO MUCH PERSONALITY AAAHHHH!!!!!!!!<33333

It all got me to quickly find myself siding a little more with the body over the head (like Summer), and o h m y G O D Don’t even get me STARTED on that sentimental moment they shared!!! aaaagAAGAGHH FUCKKK WE ARE ALL GONNA TALK ABOUT THAT FOREVER, LIKE I JUST KNOW I FELT THE ENTIRE R&M FANDOM QUAKE AT THE SAME TIME AS OUR HEARTS EXPLODED. even JUST at the hUGGING! BUT THAT WAS.OH MY GOODDD!!

(Rick getting to be with Morty and Summer at the same time was SUCH a clever plot idea LOL, we actually got a familial bonding two-for-one special today!!! I MISSED SUMMER EVEN MORE THAN I MISSED MORTY I LOVE HER!!!!) ((ALSO I’M SO GLAD WE DIDN’T SEE A CURSED RICK-HEADED MORTY I WAS ABOUT TO THROW UP I’M SO RELIEVED HOLY FUCK))

I feel bad for Rick’s head, though. My body would also rebel against me the first chance it got, lol. I’m also such an other-thinker like him but it’s not really his fault. I also felt a lot of Rick’s neurodivergent traits, absolutely unfiltered, when he became ‘freed’ from his body. I would probably go through the same types of feelings myself and that hurts… it hurts that I felt like he was annoying. I love this layer of tragedy the R&M team uncovered. Because it’s also uncovering some feelings from inside me, and now I also get to work on them haha… It’s kind of exciting. I didn’t think this type of story could happen, somehow…!

Despite the parallels to Rest and Ricklaxation, Pickle Rick, and even Big Trouble in Little Sanchez, (not to mention the elements of many other episodes where Rick is in deep conflict with himself), I was still totally blown away by this one. I LOVE IT… Instant classic for me!!!!!!!!!

I know we got hottie Margarita Rick (the constantly-drunk Hawaiian Shirt Rick) in this ep and many others but dammit he’s my fave. I expect fanart of him soon or I’ll be mad!! (/jk I am definitely not owed any fanart from you guys XDD but I will lap up all of the attention he gets, he’s soo good)

I laughed so hard at the reveal that Mooch (Beard Jerry) came from a Dimension where everyone has 5 O’clock shadow constantly 😆🤣 that was such a well-executed deception LMFAO

I love that they’re playing Mortynight Run after the episode, totally fits with tonight’s ep because of the Jerry Daycare in it being the first instance of a lost Jerry collection hub

We practically got a Doofus Jerry in this episode but honestly, he turned out to be a Jerry who thought he was better than everyone else. Too bad we didn’t see all too much of him before he died but I loved the Mooch and Jerry bonding more so I feel it was worth the limited Cool Jer (Leather Jacket Jer?) screentime ahaha

I love love love how when Rick immediately recognized the coaster and the closet (LMAO because of course he did 😂 DAMMIT I LOVE RICK SM fuckin’ know-it-all jerkass 🤣), and recommended Jerry give it a shot, Jerry immediately changed his mind LOL… never again for poor Jer XXDD

My brain’s a bit fried right now, quite a lot going on for me atm! But I can’t wait to rewatch this episode, it had some really great animated shots and honestly a very cool plot!

I love the idea of Rick’s dimension hopping being unstable in some places around their house and nearby. Maybe a consequence of portal travel? I forget if the exact lore of these jump-points or “cracks” was discussed in full but it’s super thought provoking, and the Jerries were so fun!

Did anyone also notice that one Jerry (while Cool Jer was chasing the Jers XD) was naked watching the Naked and Afraid show before they revealed what the show was by the post-credits scene? 😁 I really wondered what he was watching on TV but didn’t expect that 🤣

ALSO soo cute that Rick and Jerry are hanging out again, now LOL!! AWWW 🥹🥹💗💞… hanging out, in the nude? okay— XXDDD But Rick yelling theough the floor killed me. Really need to figure out exactly what he said since it was muffled even worse by my A/C running hahah
