Don DeLillo, White Noise
"The color," he breathed. "When you stand in the light. they're amazing... like molten gold. I could paint those..." He reached toward me but then pulled back. "They're beautiful. You're beautiful."
- Adrian Bloodlines
Was going to wait to post this with the rest from our Bloodlines read aloud stream (on twitch at https://www.twitch.tv/summerdownbeach), but I couldn't help myself I just love how it turned out so much so here it is.
Also as an update on the Ruby Circle ReWrite Fic, we are currently at 6 chapters aka 121 pages aka a bit over 60k words. Only 27 more chapters to go. I think we'll probably read it on stream and release the chapters as we go, assuming I can finish it in time >,<
"Good morning, if you should see the sunrise.. think of me, cause all I think about is you.. and two souls thinking of each other in the same moment is romantic as hell."
Won't you think of me too - eUë
After rewatching Moonlight Chicken all over again, I’m somehow convinced that the sweet epilog scene happened before Uncle Jim and the gang went to Jam’s place.
Uncle Jim and Wen are boyfriends already, both knew it and very aware of it. But what makes Wen quite surprised when Uncle Jim introduced him as his boyfriend to the table, is the fact that it is Uncle Jim that disclosed their status.
Am I making sense?
I don’t know, in my head this theory is very clear and understandable and is completely matched with the timeline and also the fact that the last scene showing that Wen rejected the promotion? He wouldn’t be able to carry on easily and happily helping Uncle Jim with the food truck and visiting Jam’s fam if he hadn’t decided yet.
So yeah, I stand by my logic lol 😂
when character a holds hands with character b and then character a puts both of their hands in their jacket pocket>>>>>
when you go to visit sr tendou at the skate park he yells as soon as he sees you and motions you over and gives you a lil kiss in front of everybody and then positions you in the perfect spot to stand and watch him do something cool ☹️ and then when he’s done and you guys are leaving he wraps his arm around your shoulder and pulls you close and gives you the fattest most obnoxious kiss cuz even tho the other skate rats were looking, he’s the one you’re leaving with to go get dons ❤️❤️
skate rat tendou being absolutely obnoxious and in everyone’s face about ur relationship is lit all i want
I fell in love with this bridge today 💝🥺
So to recap...
- Clarke tells Bellamy how important he is to her, but he dosnt say it back and then he loses her *forever*
- Clarke sees his picture in her mind paralleled to her first real love when she first awakens in her subconscious
- Bellamy only gives up his quest for revenge when he thinks about Clarke's daughter and how Clarke would want them all to survive
- Clarke's subconscious, in the form of Bellamys sister, tells her she's afraid he dosnt care about her as much as she cares for him
- Clarke only gives up on living when she thinks Bellamy isn't fighting for her
- Bellamy realizes Clarke's alive after she regains control of her body to tap out a Morse code signal for him that she just had to hope he would notice...and he did
- saying with the first face of joy he's had since he last held her in his arms " Clarke's alive and we're getting her back"
And y'all really trying to tell me this isn't a romantic plot???
