Since today is Monday and is considered to be "International Chest Day," I decided to share some footage from a chest workout that we filmed on 30 Jul 2018. . . As you may have heard me say before, keeping a creative mixture of different yet safe and effective exercises is a great way to kick start hypertrophy. . . Here, you see the second '3-Part' set of bench presses. . All I did here was 10 reps on incline, 10 reps on decline, and 10 reps on flat all for one 30 rep set. . As I proceeded to the next set, I increased the weight. . This combination allows me to target each major aspect of my chest in one set. . Also, as I proceeded and increased the weight, I also rearranged the order of exercises. The next set I began with decline, then set after I began flat, then the set after, I began with incline. . This is to add some fairness and balance to the muscles. . Here, you also see that we decided to record some dumbbell flyes as well as cables. . Both are great finishing moves. . .
