Jungkook walked on the grass field full of tombstones lying on the ground.
He's starting to get used to the place although this is a place he used to hate before,
but now becomes his refuge.
A place he never thought would be the only place where he could be near with the love of his life again.
While walking, his eyes narrowed when he saw fresh flowers placed on the headstone of his late girlfriend's grave.
He looked around but he saw no one in the area.
He walked fast towards the tombstone.
'Who put these flowers here?'
He knew it was not from her parents because as far as he knows they're out of the country now.
And Haena doesn't have any close friends except her cousin Taehyung and his best friends Jimin and Junhoe.
"Who visited you this time, Love?" he said at the tomb, kneeled, and put on his flowers.
"Even up to this time you still have secret admirers huh?" Jungkook jokingly said and chuckled at his own words.
"Why are you late again, Sana?" The coffee shop manager blurted as soon as Sana entered the main door.
"I'm sorry, Ms. Lee. I passed by somewhere. Sorry, it won't happen again." She reasons out while panting from running.
"Just make sure that this is the last or else I will move you to the graveyard shift." The manager said. Sana nodded and bowed down.
She hates to be scheduled during graveyard because for some reason.
She went to the locker room to put her bag and grab her apron.
"Yah, Sana. Are you okay? Did the Manager scold you again?" Minhyun asked her.
"Tsss. I'm just 2 minutes late and she's acting like that." She twitched her lips and wore her brown apron.
"Just don't mind her. She's been cranky since this morning." Minhyun said.
"Maybe it's the time of the month," she replied and they both chuckled silently.
Sana tied her hair in a ponytail and puts on her brown cap.
And they both walk to the counter.
She cleans up the espresso machine.
"Did you go to that place again?" Minhyun leans his back at the marble counter since there's no customer yet.
"Yes.." Sana plainly replied while removing the portafilters from the machine.
"You know that it's far away from here. Look at you now, you're late again." He said in a serious voice.
Sana stops from what she's doing.
"Minhyun-ah, you know that I need to keep a promise, right?" she responded.
"And besides, that area is near the flower shop I'm working at now this morning," Sana added with a smile.
Sana has two part-time jobs. Recently she works as a florist at the flower shop during the morning and a barista at this coffee shop from the afternoon till evening with his best friend, Minhyun.
Minhyun sighed and shook his head, and walk to the counter since customers entered the coffee shop, to ready himself to take their orders.
Then, their manager walked in.
"Sana-ssi, can you throw the garbage outside?"
"I can do that later, Ms. Lee." Minhyun interrupted.
"No, it's your assignment to take the order and besides she can do it." the manager replied and left.
"It's okay, Minhyun. I can do it." Sana whispered at his back.
She went to the back of the shop and collected the garbage.
After a few minutes, she finally has done tying the garbage bag full of boxes, used paper cups, straws, and a lot more.
She carried the bag with her two hands, struggling, and walked on the way to the public trash bins two blocks away from the coffee shop.
Sana wipes out her sweat with the back of her hands when she reached the area.
And now her problem is how to carry and throw it inside the big trash bin.
She tried but because of her petite height she cannot reach it and she's weak too.
Suddenly, someone grabs the garbage bag from her.
Sana was surprised and look at the person.
It was a man, maybe of the same age as her.
The man threw the garbage inside the trash bin with a plain look.
He glanced at her for a second and shake off the dirt from his hands.
Her heart suddenly beats fast when he saw his face. He looks familiar to her.
"Kamsahamnida." Sana bowed down to thank him for helping her.
He ignored her and walked out passing her.
Sana was shocked by his behavior.
She turns around to look at him walking away.
She put her hands on her waist and huffed.
"You're welcome!!" She shouted in her cute high pitched voice.
She was staring at the man's back until he turns left at the corner street.
"Too bad you're handsome but snobbish.," Sana whispered to herself.
"but kind too," she added.
She started walking too on her way back to the coffee shop in the same direction.
"What took you so long?" Minhyun asked Sana when she's back.
"I was struggling to throw the garbage at the trash bin." She whispered at him.
"I said I will do that." He scoffed.
"Yah. Do you want me to be scolded by Ms. Lee again?" Sana responded while glaring at him.
"Fine." he simply replied.
"By the way, the owner's son is here with his friends. Can you make three espressos for them?" Minhyun instructed her.
"Okay, sir." Sana salutes him and went to prepare the coffee.
"And... Can you serve that to them as well?" he added.
Sana raised her thumb and winked at him.
Minhyun chuckled and shook his head, and went back to take orders.
"Did you talk to Aunt Sora, Kook?" Jimin asked while his arms are on the table.
"Yes, I talked to her the other day. And it's true." Jungkook replied and looked at them.
"See? I knew it." Taehyung leaned his back and crossed his arms against his chest.
"But why they didn't inform you about that? Like it's been two years and you just knew it?" Jimin reacted while his right hand moving in the air pointing to Jungkook.
"Yeah... I thought of that too. And I feel something is wrong here." Jungkook narrowed his eyes and played with his tongue inside his mouth.
Both Taehyung and Jimin raised their eyebrows.
"What do you mean?" Taehyung confusedly asks.
"Because I was wondering about the details about it, like to whom they donated her heart, but she said they donated it in the hospital," Jungkook said. Both his best friends listen to him attentively.
"And when I asked which hospital, she didn't answer me instead she told me to move on from it. She's avoiding the topic. I guess they're hiding something." He added.
Taehyung and Jimin looked up trying to analyze his words.
"Maybe.. they don't want to talk about it, Kook," Jimin responded.
"No, I don't think so," he said in a low voice and shake his head.
"All I want is to know the details and I want to meet the person who has Haena's heart now, but she won't tell me. I tried to ask Uncle Haneul but he won't tell me as well." Jungkook insisted.
Taehyung and Jimin glanced at each other.
"If they won't tell me, I will look for that person." Jungkook continued in a serious voice.
"Can you help me, guys?" He asked them, looking at them one by one.
The two boys look at each other again. They can see the sadness and longing in Jungkook's eyes. They feel pity for their best friend. They have never seen Jungkook like this before. The eagerness and hopefulness are visible in his eyes.
"To be honest, I felt happy and hopeful knowing that there's part of her that is alive now." he continued, his eyes starting to get moist.
There are a few seconds of silence in the air.
"What will you do if you finally found that person?" Taehyung asked breaking the silence.
"I don't know. All I want now is to find that person." Jungkook replied while looking down.
"If we will help you, will you promise to finally move on with your life after finding that person?" Jimin leans his head forward looking straight into Jungkook's eyes.
Jungkook lift his head and stared at him for a long time and nodded slowly.
"Fine. I trust you will keep that promise." Jimin leans on the chair.
"I will help you as far as I can. How about you, Tae?" Jimin nudged Taehyung beside him.
"Yes. I will help you." Taehyung smiled.
"Thank you," Jungkook said in a low voice while sniffing his nose.
And the two smiled at him.
"By the way, did you happen to visit Haena earlier?" Jungkook asked them.
"Uhmm. No, why?" Jimin replied.
"Me too. It's been a while since the last time I visited her. Why?" Taehyund responded as well.
Jungkook's forehead creased.
"Then, who is it from?" He whispered.
"What?" The two asked at the same time with full of curiosity on their faces.
"Someone visited Haena earlier, there's a flower on her tomb when I arrived at the cemetery," Jungkook said.
"Since her parents are not here in Korea, so I thought one of you visited her," he explained with a puzzled look.
The two raised their eyebrows, confused the same as Jungkook.
"Haena doesn't have close friends aside from us, right?" Jimin asked while rubbing his chin.
"Excuse me. Good afternoon, here's your coffee."
Taehyung words were cut off when a woman wearing a brown apron interrupted their conversation.
