Chiron is not explicitly confirmed to be autistic but displays many non-neurotypical traits and behaviors. He often says things that others consider unsettling or invasive due to his curiosity (especially regarding his profession as a medical doctor). He's been implied to be non-neurotypical by the creators of the show and is generally headcanoned as/understood to be autistic by the fans.
