Guys! Guys! I had a total lightbulb moment JUST RIGHT NOW!! I was going through my Friday's workout and realized I am doing a 75 lb seated row. With my arms (obviously) You know what is WAY stronger than my arms? My legs! My legs are strong! So what, might you ask, is the whole TA-DA about? WHY THE HECK AM I ONLY SQUATTING 72.5?! I think Wednesday's workout requires a bit of a jack up. Stay tuned for details.
