any trans people or medical professionals know of any surgeons in the Midwest that would be willing to do some cosmetic work on a fat trans girl? I do not nor have i ever dreamed of being skinny and I have been losing weight anyways in an attempt to find a surgeon to do work on me and it has only made me more dysphoric and hateful of my body. I'm really getting desperate. I need SOMETHING to change.
Hello everyone! I figured I would post this in hopes that someone can help! I currently take care of a large feral colony near my home. Here are a few photos of some of the cats that we care for.
Gattino (first and third photos) is an unfixed male that we’re trying to raise/save up money to get him neutered and released back to the colony. He is super friendly with us now and lets us pet him.
Calypso (second photo) is a little female that needs some vet care. She had a wound on her face that caused some infection. It seems like it’s healed up now but she is pretty skinny and sicky.
Spot (fourth photo) is an unfixed male who needs fixed and some vet care. We aren’t sure the exact needs for him at this time but he’s having a lot of sinus problems.
I’m including our Amazon registry if anyone can help with these items! We’re running low on wet food and we’re completely out of dry food. We’re hoping to get some type of shelter for them before it gets too much colder. This way they can stay out of the cold rain. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Neither, I continue on as if it's not happening.
I self-isolate, because people make it worse.

I made a post commenting on the evils of globalist capitalism--most especially critiquing the exploitation of slave labor and abuse of certain religious and ethnic minorities in certain reeducation camps in certain very large countries that produce tons of the USA's cheap goods. Hey guys, I haven't been active lately because I’ve been admitted to the hospital for the past few months and my medical bills are piling up.. I’ve received letters from the hospital to pay off my debt but I’m still trying to find a full-time job. My only source of income comes from doing art commissions and ko-fi donations.
