TRX Stretching is the best! Here is a lunge with arm rotation. Holding the TRX handles palms down, shoulder distance apart, step forward with your left foot raising the arms up as you do so. Sink down into your lunge keeping the front knee stacked over the ankle, right leg extended behind you, this is where you will feel the stretch in your hip flexor. Depress the shoulders down your back by dropping your shoulders away from your ears, when & if you feel like it, you can rotate one arm at a time bringing it down to your side, raise the arm up before coming onto the other side. If it feels comfortable, bring both arms back like wings. Bring both arms arms up before stepping out and moving onto the other side!
