Blogilates: Hot Girl Summer Sculpt review

Cassey released this plan months ago and I tried it when it came out. Then I got sick and then I was moving and... long story short: it took me a long time to finish and I started over a few times. Now I finally finished it and I wanted to review it.
First, I have to appreciate the changes and additions to this year’s summer sculpt. It involves weights and booty bands and the best part is a free meal plan on top! I didn’t get a chance to try those meals, especially since the ingredients are hard to get here, but I still appreciated it as an idea
Difficulty 8/10 -As I was starting after being sick and generally after a break, I really struggled. I was super sweaty after each video and I had to take a lot of breaks. However the second week got a bit better and I was able to finish the videos
Fun 8/10 -With some workouts I really had a lot of fun! Especially the first video linked here and then the arm workout. Some had me a little bored but it might be the 3 round format with the same exercises. Also the hot girl power walks were a lot of fun
Effectiveness 7/10 -I definitely gained strength and it had me sweating a lot. I was sore the next day almost every time.
+Visible results ?/? -I can’t really judge this because I didn’t follow the plan correctly when it comes to scheduling and diet. I was under a lot of stress and I wasn’t sleeping well. Therefore I have no physical change but it doesn’t have anything to do with the plan
Overall feeling 8/10 -I liked it a lot! It was fun and difficult and it was just the right length. Two weeks are pretty much ideal. I ejoyed the workouts (as much as one can enjoy a workout) and I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to tone up quickly
