So I found out today that the black spot in my vision is officially permanent and that if my medicine doesn't start working again at a higher dose, then I will need a stent/shunt placed in my head. Brain surgery scares me so much, but it's impossible to function every day if I don't somehow get my head pressure managed 😞 send me positive vibes and well wishes pls, it sounds like I might need it 🖤

I am in so many different types of pain right now and still no relief in sight from the doctors/pharmacy yet 🙃

Since I'm going to need another lumbar puncture and brain surgery, I've decided to film as much of it as I can to provide more IIH content to YouTube. I want to make a video or series of videos about the whole process of the surgery and everything leading up to it, so it might bring more insight to the condition and the people who suffer from it. It's going to be more personal than educational, but I also still want people to learn from it, so I'm going to put my all into this. Wish me luck 🥹🤞
