Goals. Everyone talks about goals.
My goal is .... “blah blah blah”.... but 90% of the time it becomes just talk. Nothing is actually done to achieve it.
Guys I want you to really understand health and fitness is something you have to work at. It will not be spoon fed to you or just appear out of the blue. Yes you will have been hold your hand through the process but those same people are going to be the ones who text you or call you 20 times at 5am to get out of bed and work out. And guess what they will be the ones who physically kick your butt when you dont do it!
Fitness is a hard goal but it is so worth it! You really have to focus and work hard. Nothing and I repeat NOTHING will come easy.
Look at my life for example.
I wake up every morning at 4am and do my Wake and Work exercise. I then do about 10 minutes of yoga or stretching to get my head in the game and then I shower. That puts me at roughly 5am. I then get ready for work. Get my husbands stuff ready. Do housework and prepare dinner so that its one less thing I have to worry about after work. I let the dog out and feed her and make sure she has water. I make sure the cat is taken care of and has food and water and that the liter box is clean. I do a load of laundry and then its time to go to work. This is now right around 8am! I then work from 8:30 am till 5 pm and then 1 or 2 times a week I go to a second job and work till 10:30 or 11. Once I get home I have to do 2 more work outs and then shower again and do another load of laundry and go to bed.
I bust my butt every day! But its because I want to reach my GOAL. I want to get there and then say I did it!
If you don’t know my goal is to Enlist in the United States Air Force and get my degree in Criminal Justice and Law. So I have a long and hard road ahead of me. I have to loose 17 inches from both my waist and hips and 3 from my neck. So yep I have my work cut out! But guess what I will do it.
So whats stopping you? Stop making excuses and just DO IT!
