simanni replied to your photo “The beginnings of a shiny new database for Missy Valley!”
Wow Missy. Its a so awesome Idea. You are great
Thank you! I've used some ideas from Danielle's blog, but most of the stuff I've been recording anyway, in dozens of spreadsheets and documents and I've been spending ages trying to find things. So now I'll find it easier to locate odd pieces of information! :D
simanni reblogged from you and added: Its beautyfull. wow Kate
Thank you Anni! :)
aroundthesims said: I love it, Kate! Huge buildings are indeed difficult to build, but you did it perfectly! It looks “old European” (which is my favorite style! <3)
Haha, yes, I think most of the buildings in my downtown looks "old European", or at least just "European". And I use WA bricks everywhere! :D Thanks for your nice words, Sandy my dear! :)
simsaralove said: Nooo Kate, it’s stunning!!! Like Sandy wrote, it looks very European. I love that it’s so huge, but at the same time it’s also quite simple. LOVE!
Thank you my dear! I thought the town hall should be huge (which was my biggest fear) and I wanted it to hold all those things like police department, bank and so on. Thank you for your kind words! :)
ts3kate said: Like Sandy said once - you, tease, you tease… :D
I like to keep you all on your toes :D

It happened...sort of! As you've read, they were interrupted before anything really happened :P

Rule 2 Answer Eleven Questions, then make Eleven new ones.
Rule 3: Tag Eleven People
Rule 4: Let them know you’ve tagged them
With how many Sims do play? (in your whole town) At the moment, none at all *chuckle* But right now, I have 47 moved into my town, with more to come.
What’s your role in your Sims life? (micro-manager, spectator, director, god…) All four? *chuckle* I tend to manage them in that I sort out their careers according to what I want (at least for the moment). But I also enjoy sitting back and watching what they do when left to their own devices!
Do you play with fantasy/unrealistic stuff in your Sims game? Sometimes, if the mood takes me. That's what Missydriel is for!
What’s the last lot you have built/decorated/downloaded? Built and decorated would be the WIP house I've been posting pictures of. The last downloaded lot would have to be the Lucas College at MTS.
Did you get a lot of deaths in your game? I try to avoid death if I can. I had far more in TS1 than in TS3!
What was your first experiment with a Sims game (1, 2 or 3)? TS1, no EPs (didn't know of their existence! :O ).
With what town do you play, and where would it be located on Earth (or any other planet! :p), if it existed for real? My SV edit, Missy Valley, which would be an English town! :D
What does make you following a Simblr? Or what does discourage you to follow a Simblr? I'll follow a Simblr if they're not just seeking attention and if they post pictures from their game. They don't have to be edited to look fancy, but I'll follow any Simblr that simply enjoys the game :D
What did happen in your game last time you played? Sim-Missy got drunk and went streaking (Why will this NOT surprise many people?? *facepalm* )
In which part of the world do you live? In not-so-sunny Cornwall, UK :D
To which question I haven’t asked you would have liked to answer? (and feel free to answer it if you want, I don’t want to frustrate you more!) Do you think you’ll stop playing with Sims 3 after Sims 4 release? ~ Answer: Nope, I won't. Right now, my laptop would scream and sulk and cry if I even considered putting TS4 on it. And I'e worked too hard on my towns and careers to consider shelving the game.
