Well, it's Wednesday which means it's time for week 4's roaster! I have been extremely eager to try this roaster ever since I found out about them from my good friend, @le_reebs. @vervecoffee from California is my roaster for the week and they were absolutely awesome to talk with during the coffee picking process. I especially want to thank Stephanie and Devin for their time and help in the selection process. Now, onto the coffee… The roast I chose from Verve was a Santa Rosa from Costa Rica. This light roast has great aromatics of sweet, juicy, tropical fruit with notes of pomegranate and brown sugar that intensifies with cooling. I used a Kalita Wave as my brew method and cannot wait to try other methods as the week progresses.
