HWY 225, North of Elko, NV. No ice on the road, No flash floods, Pretty Nice Day, except for those slippery-ass crickets.
Mind the crickets, they do look pretty slick.

January!
Happy Monday, I made a quick store trip this morning and it’s very slippery on the roads. Staying put now. 😐
Welcome to the 7 months of winter in Canada :)
Traffic light bump. 🚦🔴🟡🟢🚙💥🚗
Otw to work this morning glad to be unharmed
"TRANSPORT COMES TO GRIEF - When a large transport skidded on the slippery pavement at Wolfe Island, near the western entrance, this morning, it turned over on its side, sliding sideways so that it blocked the entire width of the highway. The accident occurred at 7.45 and traffic had to detour around the gasolene station. The driver (inset), James Hastings, escaped unhurt. The transport, owned by the Wright Transport Company, was loaded with a variety of freight, little of which was damaged, and the truck also was not impaired seriously. It is shown here shortly after the accident." - from the Hamilton Spectator. February 23, 1943. Page 10.
