Is it just me or do you too sometimes feel the need to disconnect?

It isn’t any specific person or place or circumstance but a need to disconnect from everything. From loved ones, friends, work, society and social media especially.

I know that certain times I can feel the pull from my soul to stop focusing on everyone and everything around me and to disconnect. Take a break. Take time to clear my mind. Though it isn’t easy and I don’t want to come across as “flakey” or “careless” but in order for my sanity in this world I need to take that time to “sign off”.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me.

I honestly have the urge to start making witchy videos. I had this urge awhile ago, but I feel like this isn’t a impulse thing like it was before. I feel like this is a soul thing, like my soul and heart is calling for me to to do this!
