Three things I love about this moment...

1. It's hilarious.

2. Twelve so readily agrees with Clara's point.

3. The fact that Clara doesn't think it's Twelve's manner that makes him suitable for "bad cop," he just looks like that (probably the attack eyebrows). He's a long way from the abrasive man that he was in the early days after his regeneration - I mean, can you imagine Mr. "She-cares-so-I-don't-have-to" from Into the Dalek even wanting to play good cop?
