Here’s some fan-art I made after reading @sparklesdogs TFA fanfics, Those Abandoned and its sequel Those Found, and while last I checked, the sequel isn’t finished yet, they are fun reads if you’re interested in reading about a TFA Decepticon/Spider Optimus.
I was interested in drawing some transformers designs for fun, including my own hypothetical Spider-Optimus design. However I’m not overly familiar with transformer/Cybertronian anatomy as I’m a bit newer to the fandom. So I decided that figuring out how @sparklesdogs’s Orion Prime would likely look in his alt mode would be a fun starting point for studying how a transformer’s root mode and alt mode influences their appearance. Overall this was a fun experience and I might do more transformer designs/anatomy studies in the future.
