“Nah, I just keep my headgear on. Oh, and never touch it unprocessed. Raw spinmetal can burn through your gloves sometimes.”
“And you’re not worried about that, either?”
“Nope. Like I said, just don’t touch it.”
“But then how do you collect it?”
“Transmat, with decon protocol. Easy as pie.”
“And if you don’t have a jumpship in range, or a portable transmat rig?”
“Well... in that case best to mark the location of the bloom and come back later.”
