I found something interesting the other day while I was playing (interesting to me, at least). I always thought you had to run around this section (The School Roof) with your camera/microphone out. However, after you get pulled in, you can idle for about 3:20 (I used the stop watch on my phone to get a rough estimate) and the game will automatically trigger this sequence.
