Proven reliability is often the most overlooked luxury
You bring me back to playing with Lego's at grandma's, back to TV sitting atop of TV, eating TV dinners. I have evolved since then, but I will never outgrow the 90's. It's difficult knowing that I may need to sell you off. I have 4 too many cars. 😢
I have here, one of my cars.
I am going to be doing an engine swap on it.
I found an incredibly rare item @ Pick N Pull a week ago, and I've been there everyday before work, chipping away at it.
Notice that it's a manual transmission Lexus! I'm after the transmission in this one, because the production numbers of these Lexus ES with manual transmissions in this year was 1,395 units! The motor, I can always source elsewhere, at another time.
I also grabbed a hood for the Celica as well.
I'll be having my hands full. Of course, all three of my vehicles are either not running, or are having issues, all at the same time. 🙄
Hopefully, this will keep my mind off of the things that have been haunting me, as of late.
Wish me luck, y'all.
I also do a lot of car photography. Would y'all be interested in seeing any of those?
