I’m gonna be real, the finale wasn’t my favorite and I have leftover questions but I still really enjoyed it.

There were so many good moments in it like:

-Chris betraying camp and it was heartbreaking cause in episode two we saw that Clarisse had a crush on him.

-Clarisse getting help from Annabeth and Grover

-Percy’s speech

-Sally being confused about Percy knowing a horse

-the fighting was awesome (tho I would’ve loved to have seen what happened after Percy and Thalia passed out)

-the tree being healed and Thalia being released

-Percy and Tyson talking to Poseidon

-Mr D singing one of the camp songs (that made me chuckle)

-the twist ending where Zeus told Thalia he was using her as a weapon and when she said no he turned her into a tree

-The tension you get in the last scene of Percy and Thalia staring at each other

-And let’s not forget the teaser of the dance we get in the mid credits!

I know it sounds like I absolutely loved the whole episode with no criticism, and I do actually have some, but I still absolutely loved this season and the finale was still really good and perfectly sets up the tone for next season with the tension.

Edit: honestly, thinking about it more, I don’t think the season finale was supposed to be entirely satisfying. I can’t explain it but I think it was done purposefully with season 3 coming out so soon. I could just be giving the writers and producers undeserved credit but that’s just what I keep thinking. Also for those upset we didn’t get the cheek kiss, I get it but also please remember the amount of Percabeth we got this season alone.
