Pudding! Probably one of the most popular Japanese desserts! Although it's very similar to custard pudding, it has a distinctly Japanese flavor. Let's give it a try in Japan, it's delicious!
Pudding is a super popular dessert in Japan!
A pie pumpkin I bought at the grocery store in 2015. His name was Grandpappy.
Found this on etsy and I NEED IT. I get so mad at the stigma around meds for mental illness.
Stop the stigma around depression. Working in an industry with a lot of mindset work, I sometimes see those with mental illness can get a great deal of crap about it, particularly on using medication.
No, it’s not about being ungrateful, or about being negative. It’s literally something physical in your brain- nothing wrong with needing medication, or therapy, or having breakdowns sometimes. A combination of a billion different methods can be necessary. (For me, meds, mindset work, self care, and lots of support) Do we shame diabetics for needing insulin? No.
I stand with you. We are not broken. We are not weak. We are not lazy. We are human.
If you don’t know how to even start dealing with your depression, feel free to message me. The important part is to take a start to get help- to begin. There are so many resources and tools and support you can get. It does not mean you’re any less of an incredible human being. Fight back. It gets better.
I can’t promise you’ll feel amazing always, or that you won’t have those terrible urges- but I can say that gradually, it gets better and better. Small wins. I remember the first time I went a week without having a breakdown- that felt like the top of the world. And then two, and so on.
You can fight this, and you can better your life. Never feel ashamed to begin.
Student exchange warm dinner 😂
Not really the kitchen to make something like this so I have store bought ravioli bolognaise. It’s tasty
Sweet little vanilla wafer cookies use simple pantry ingredients and are ready in no time. They're perfect for sandwiching with fillings or for serving with puddings or coffee.
